One bed is a from a wild print and the other is from a Jamaica print from Asura. The 3 new beds are all from prints from Asura too.

Dumped some large chunk of contaminated Bisporus sub into the garden soil some 2 months ago. They REALLY love the Clay! No wonder I've had my best success with clay casings indoors.

So stoked! This is 1Q of oats between the 2 trays. I tried the millet/rye spawn but it is taking double the time that the oats did? No contam or stalling with the oats either. Spawning a millet/rye jar today so I'll see the difference in the fruiting soon. Wild Coast prints up for grabs soon, PM me Could not have done it without you JOC

Hey guys, so I threw the extras from the estero kiddie pool into this tiny peppermint box and left it on the porch and its pretty much fully colonized 🤷♂️

Think I should case this now or in the morning?

So I ended up just waiting til this morning to case that little box. But I have an update on the pools! The Estero seems to be the clear leader, but the other two aren't far behind at all. Here's a peek under the poly at the estero.

These things are moving fast! I made 10qt of peat/verm casing mix and pasteurized it overnight. Hopefully that will be enough. I'll probably case them this weekend sometime by the looks of it.

That's the hope man. I've been taking pictures and notes along the way so I'll probably do a full write up if the results are good.

I made a new Pan Texas LME-LC. It was very clear (I filtered it once) after PCing.
I put a wedge inside and after one day I could see tiny flakes, nothing strange, very clean...
Now, 6 days on the stirrer at ~75-78°F, it has grown considerably but there are some darker spots floating around. I can't say if those are pieces of the agar wedge or myc-clumps. Also, I have seen a longer thread that seems to be myc, but I'm not sure.
What do you guys think? Can I use this?

This is the same LC, just under different background light.

So local stable seem more than happy to have you come get as much horse manure as you please. And I’ve been searching relentlessly for it online through all the ridiculously overpriced shit that might be good. Got two packed full 5gallon buckets for the low price of a handshake. Just posting this for those that might not know to ask your local stables, it’s shit and there happy to get rid of it to someone who will actually use it and not end up in a dump
