I love how people constantly tell me that my fruits must suck just because I take 2-3x the amount they do. I can guarantee you my fruits are A-OK. Lots of people eat them.

well with all do respect forgive us for not thinking the best of your fruits or even if we believe u in the first place that you even took that much. as we dont know u at all u just got here and have yet to prove anything to us that would lend credit to ur word or your ability. so until you have shared as much with us as we all have shared with eachother i think its best to not get defensive when we question it. cuz i know how potent these fuckers are and like i said that much fresh wieght should have had anyone in a full blown off the scale experience. even at marginal quality of fruits. just sayinš¤·š¼š¤·š¼ so lighten up a lil this aint nobody attacking you or anything man

āUsā ? āWeā ? Youāre the only one talking shit on the quality of his fruits. Thereās a nice way to go about interacting with people and a negative way. I consistently see you take any chance you get to put a new person down, act like theyāre beneath you, and just overall try to discourage people. I know you havenāt directed any of that towards me, but it gets old checking this thread every morning and at least once a week there you are being rude to someone whoās not on your perceived level.
Even if heās lying about the amount he ate, so the fuck what? Are you threatened that someone can eat more mushrooms than you? What the hell do you know about someoneās personal tolerance?
And from your post on the last page- you didnāt say āmaybeā his fruits suck. I quoted what you said. Itās verbatim. And that kinda shit could discourage a new member/grower. Is that your intention? If thatās not your intention, it would be kind of you to reconsider how what youāre saying is being perceived by the person youāre talking to.
All I did was throw your own line back in your face, and you proceed to call me a snowflake in so many words. Maybe ālighten up a lilā ?
To the thread itself, Iāll end my snowflake rants here. I tried to hint at this recently and be very indirect and didnāt say anyoneās name and I even placed blame on myself, so as not to incite a defensive attitude from anyone, but I was too indirect and it either went over the head or it was misunderstood i was talking to someone else. I 100% was going to let it die on the last page, but the conversation continued and I couldnāt help myself. Iāll refrain from reading these posts I find bothersome in the future, but I had to say something because if it were me on the other end, that kind of rudeness could taint Cyanescens altogether for me. I donāt want people to come in here and have to worry about having to āprove themselvesā to gain acceptance into your fucking Pan cyan club. This thread is to help encourage and teach people to grow cyans, is it not?
Edit: Itās ENcouraging to see those pics Jake. And honestly, since youāve posted canopyās before, itās kinda nice to see when you post a pic thatās not a canopy. Gives a noob more hope

Jake somebody already found your reverted ape for sale and made a thread asking about it, I saw in the site description it was yours so I figured youāre the guy to ask about it.
When did you get it stable??

show me 1 post of me being rude to a fellow pan head. i have been very generous with my time and my prints to anyone who i have talked to or anyone who has asked a question that i could ansr to the best of my ability be it in the thread or pm. i dont claim to be on any level. ive only been growing pans since last november im a rookie myself when it comes to this species. but if im short with ppl its cuz i get to the point. im not gnna do all the research for them. all the info needed is here. it just requires a lil effort on their part. but what ever ignore me then i dont give a fuckš¤·š¼š¤·š¼ so congrats u just became the first in this thread.ššššš heres your participation trophyš

Props to Jcm, I took a lot from that journal page of yours and it works for sure. Have had a couple trays in there three days and first pins already. 105qt tub, two foggers, 4 8ā air stones, aquarium heater, two clamp lamps with two 6500k bulbs. About to install a cpu fan and filter on the side it put to a digital timer. For now the ceiling fan and a cracked lid seem to be doing very well. Hopefully Iāll have some good flush pics up soon.

also id put the 1/4 inch holes on the lid in the 2.0 inch grid pattern. it really helps with the fae as the old air is vented up and out as it rises and the fresh air is pumped in from below.

Jcm has always been incredibly helpful to me and Since Iāve frequented this board I donāt think Iāve ever read a post from you that didnāt sound like you were truly trying to show someone the way. Never blew me off even when Iām sure some of the questions Iāve asked may have been elementary to some. Thereās no doubt if it werenāt for him I would have definitely given up on this species a good minute ago. And yes These trays are from your print too I have about four from that going right now but Iām also working on camboginiensis And Bisporus at the moment too. Couple bags almost colonized and I can say so far I like them a lot. The myc kinda acts like pan jam in its speed without that thick troublesome myc.

What is the reasoning for air being pumped from the bottom?

just cuz they need constant fae and humidity. you dont want stagnate air so to say. the warm water is having all that air bubbled into it and then warm air rises so it humidifies the air in the chamber as it does. the holes in the top just allow the older air to rise up and out as new air is pumped in. as for it being on the bottom. i guess gravity is the only reason.

im getting very frustrated here yallā¹ļø its looking like i once again lost the genetics lottery with these bamas. granted this is only 1 day since i started seeing signs of knots but i can tell already just like i could tell with the aussies that these are gnna be tall skinny scrawny weak and sorry looking fruits. i have gtta get out and get some new small trays. that way i can have more individual cultures going at the same time and give myself more of a selection to choose from. cuz im just putting all my eggs in 1 basket so to say and ending up wasting my time going with full size trays from the start. which i knew is a bad idea yet i did it anyway. its just that i have been busy and gotten lazy with the lil bit of free time that i do get. well no more im takin my ass to the store tom mornin and getting some new small trays. this sorry ass shit ends here

Hey guys, I'm back after transfering (see page 723). This is what I have in two other plates other than this one (it's the only one with no condensation at all, very clear picture). Except for the black spot, how does it look? Is this what Panaeolus mycelium is supposed to look like?
The white spots here and there is just limescale on the glass.

i get pan plates that look like that often as well but i really try to stay away from that type of growth as it has proven to be rather weak in my experience with it. i try to go for a more wispy fuller type of growth.
then these are hard to see cuz i had ran out of parafilm and only had some generic cling wrap that wouldnt cling so i had to tape it on lol. but they are just some tissue clone plates and u can kinda see the growth on them.

i really need to get some new good plate pics and i keep sayin that i am but yet i always manage to forget to take pics lol. i have some real nice ones on my camera but my laptop has been broken gor a year now and i just keep using my phone cuz im lazy lol. but hope these may help ya out some and for everyone else whos seen them a zillion times im sorry lol

I've just discovered this thread, I'm only 250 pages in but I'd really like to study this species. If anyone can spare a small print or swab I'd be grateful.

When you toss the tray, break up the sub and let us know what condition it's in. I'm wondering if it's too wet.
