24 C. They're coming along pretty nicely so far. It's not a panopy, but pins scattered all over the top of the substrate in the uncased one, and all over the casing in the cased one. here are the ones that are farthest along. There are also blue stones forming in the substrate.

Currently at the gym because I skipped it before work this morning. All I can think about is going home and picking of the matures fruits from my pan trays!

I will definitely be pursuing the bag approach as I’d rather only have to fuck with a couple bags and just throw them away rather than dealing with a dozen jars that have to be cleaned. Obviously I’ve never done this before, and my instinct just told me that leaving the pasteurized sub open to the outside air for 5 days would leave it vulnerable. Good thing it was just a practice run with less than ideal spawn.
I found this thread Poking holes in the bag which made me feel better about the blunder I made, and led me to the pasteurization tek I was looking for.
Thanks to everyone who gave me some answers

Could it be possible that the lighter coloured gilled fruits on the aussie be albino with transparent spores??happens with cubes- Or is this sporeless factor just a genetic thing in play?? Would be interesting to scope the gills and have a closer look.

Hi Pan People I sent the Pan Cyan Wild Coast out today. If you made a request and don't see it in a week or two I may have missed you in my cluttered in box. Just shoot me A gentle reminder and I'll take care of you.
Third flush is happening now.. definitely some scraps, but I don't have any trays to replace them with in the fruiting chamber so that is Ok. Plus I like it that there are still more than 5 for the last flush!
Third Flush:

@c10, those bags look really strong. I wouldn't do anything to them if they are moving, especially like that. If in doubt, you can always trace on the bag with a sharpie to track growth. But those look great.

Thanks !
The bags have a bit of manure dust in the top on the sides, is that gonna cause any issues when i pour it out, do you think?
Sterilized substrates make me nervous
