I completely screwed up cloning these tiny stemmed bastards.

Took a minute but they grew through the bacteria pond and I should be able to get a good piece in a day or two. Left side of the bottom plate looks way thicker cuz there’s a ton of bacteria under it.

The plate with myc from the stone clone is knotting up at like three weeks so I’m hoping the jar of it will do well.

I made a bunch of WBS spawn jars a week/two weeks ago and I ran out of SFDs. My jars that I used micropore tape for the lid holes seem to be colonizing slower than my jars with SFDs. Each jar is a diff culture so that may be the reason, but It seems unlikely to be coincidental. has anyone else experienced this? I used two layers of 3M brand micropore tape. Couple jars have 3 layers but the 2 layer and 3 layer jars are both equally slower than the jars with SFDs.

I ordered a bunch more SFDs for the ensuing g2gs so it won’t really matter, just general curiosity.

As for printing...
Definitely going to print so I can share. I’ve managed to print ATL#7 recently so I have the humidity/small cap thing figured out. Just wondering about the timing ... should I wait till I start seeing spores? Till caps are umbilicate?
On that last score I’m thinking some pans don’t open that much...

The biggest pan cints caps  I ever picked was in November in Connecticut. Perhaps its the cold weather at night that makes the caps Bigger , last fruiting of the season, so there last chance to disperse spores so they're trying to make it worth it… just a thought. Come to think of it, mine didn't sprout until I turned my cable Box off by accident. It gives off enough heat to keep the smll container about 78 But it got down to around 66 when I realized the Box was off in the morning.  So what should I clone,  A long one or a very small 1. I couldn't really choose the right mycelium with pans.

Yeah, you right. Nearly directly. I check my casing surfaces carefully - they keep moist well in both speed fan modes. I even don't  moisturize them between the flushes this time (only one big wetting  after each harvest for sure), just because they moist enough. So it works and I run them 24/7.
Here  is the setup. Trying to keep everything as minimalistic as possible. Humidifier runs for 3 minutes each hour, acquarium heater for temperature and additional RH, 2 usb fans 24/7

Woah dude you just blew my mind...the fans run 24/7 but your humidifier only runs 3min/hour? That aquarium heater must do a better job than I thought at keeping up the RH. Do you know what your humidity is fluctuating between (how high does it get, and how low does it get throughout the day?)

Also, do you have anything exchanging the air between the GH and outside? And I think I can tell from the pic but just to be sure, Do you have the bottom of your GH wrapped up with a plastic sheet?

And I’m sorry I’m a noob, but what’s the difference between moisturizing between flushes and wetting after harvest?

fanning 24/7 is something like panaeolus gh classic I guess ) I don't check the fluctuation and have no additional environment, bottom is open but GH plastic walls fit tight to the ground as they designed.

Welllll it isn’t quite a “Panopy” but these trays are pretty well covered with fruits and Far Far better than I was hoping for!

You can see in some of the close up photos that some caps are dropping spores. Should I plan on harvesting and printing today?

Hi guys new guy here, I've been lurking on this thread for a couple of months now and have a read a few hundred pages trying to learn as much as I can. I've also read @asura's ,@jakes @angam's and @jcm's write up's. I really appreciate everyone sharing their knowledge on here. I'm currently on my second attempt at cultivating Pan's, I setup a gh with repeat cycle timers and exhaust fan and fogger per joc Tek. After my first failure I started over with a ms spore syringe from a vendor (pan cambo sandose)and I have started making transfers, but my plates don't look right. I started noticing a clear looking "halo" around the mycelium, at first I thought maybe I made the agar to soft so I made another batch of mea with a little more agar in it. As the new plates are growing out they have this"halo" too. So what do you guys think,is that a contam?

I'm a total noob at this so wait for others to chime in. My 2 cents are that the culture you've selected there is not vigorous enough.
