Nice man! I liked the bamas. I think I want to do those again.

Would you guys toss a slow bisp culture on grain? I don't remember how fast my previous ones were. Its clean and all but my melmac is leaving it in the dust, just slow.

I have the same problem. It took me almost 2 months for my tray to fruit with cold temperature. I did more than 10 others petri iso and they’re not moving much faster, but they fruit.

honestly i wouldnt use any pan culture thats losing in a race against a cube. its prolly weak as hell if its that slow and prolly wont survive breaking up. at least thats been my experience with slower sub standard pan cultures

Bisporus is slow on agar and grain, but after spawning it goes crazy. OR if you put some sawdust or cowshit into the spawn jar as well. Prolly loves the cellulose.

My first Bisporus iso was :
- Slow on agar
- Fast on grain
- Fast on colonization
- Slow to fruit
The next ones seems just a little bit faster on agar, but nowhere near a Pan cyan speed.
P.S : It's around 65°F in the room, I'm sure it's going to be faster during summer

The one I have in the GH now was fast to colonize the sub but now its slow to fruit. I think its on 10 days now but I'm not tossing it until it contaminates. The last cyan I gave up on I regretted dumping after seeing it out of the tray. It looked great should have waited longer.

positiveit was bisp👍 but il b growin some more bisp soon too from one of the prints out of jakes monster ass ones he had so il document my times on it. last time i did the bisp i never fruited them i ended up just tossin it cuz one of the jars was going great and just up and died on me. so i moved them back to agar and started asuras aussies instead and now those turned into a bust by giving me all tall skinny ass fruits. so i have not had a good month at all. but now i got some bamas on agar at t1 and my blue springs plate just started showin germination when i woke up this mornin. so the bamas will more than likely be next.

What does GH stand for? Looks like common shoeboxes. Does this really work?
The one and only time I grew pans I used pre-colonized growboxes, and fruited them successfully in a blastic bag, so yeah it should work this way I guess...

Funny misunderstanding! Yeah this is right before putting them inside my greenhouse.
Thanks Asura! Print came from you. You mentioned before that it happened to you aswell that yours didn't drop spores. Was this very common for them to be sporeless? Wanted prints but ofcourse I only got sporeless ones so that's what I cloned.
