Pasteurized substrate following your advice today. Got a question tho. I have it in spawn bags close with a zip tie. So completely sealed. Is that going to be a problem? As it's building up good microbes?
what exactly was that (jakes advice on pasteurization)?

I use the jumbo 2.5 gallon ziplocks and seal then I usually use with 10 days I’d imagine a spawn bag would work fine also. It be interesting to see what promotes the growth of healthy microbes after pasteurization but at least on the short term sealed in a bag is fine

are you talking about storing it, or do you actually pasteurize in the sealed ziplocs?

those are nice. for longevity i would expect a pond fogger to last longer tho. i got a giant one in a 50 gal bucket with a blower and hoses attached i built for my edible greenhouse.. probably gonna repurpose it for pans soon, but to begin with im just gonna run jcm's tek since its gonna require heavily modding my gh

Feelin real good about this one.

My fc is just an underbed tub with the carton of pans inside with a piece of plastic arched over it and the fogger hose pointed inside.
I cannot believe how many pins and good clusters there are. Especially for like half a pint of leftover spawn. I got real lucky with this ms I think I’m gonna keep it alive.

Well so far it’s just this

That’s an underbed tub with the plastic from a sleeve of plates cut open and bent over the tray.
I just put the lid on the underbed a little crooked and have a fan/heater blowing towards it from like five feet away. Enough to stir the air up and cause evaporation.
I’ve been going off Asuras tek on how when it’s dialed in right there won’t be water pooling on the bottom of the tray (or underbed tub in this case)
Then I’ve got the fogger going in just underneath the plastic so it gets trapped inside for a minute but still looks like there’s a fire inside the box with the mist swirling out the lid while the fog is going.
I’ve got the fogger something like on for 4 mins off for 15 but I have to double check.
Usually I don’t have the plastic bent totally over like the picture, I keep the left side draped over the edge of the underbed tub so it’s a bigger space above the pans.
The first grow molded out right when I had gotten it dialed in but on the left here are the last pins that came up. The other ones grew way slower and got dried out and bruised and all that good stuff.
So I’m hoping this one turns out all healthy mushrooms. It’s already got way more pins and they’re growing like three times faster than my first grow.

Well I can't say I had a canopy of em that one was exceptional but bisp do get big. Most of mine were 2-3g.

Jake has grown full trays of bisp pigs I believe. I have a tray on the pipeline now hopefully ill have some heavyweights.

i think they are all pretty close. except pan cinct i kno those are pretty damn weak. maybe jake will chime in. as the only ones iv eaten are cyans and cambos. and i couldnt even tell the difference both were potent as shit. my bisp i havent fruited yet cuz i been tryin to get asuras aussies for the longest time. so once i got a fresh print from him and had good germination i kinda put the bisp on the back burner. but i do i have a plate of good lookin bisp in the fridge tho.

Put it this way I've never taken more than 1.25g of pan bisp 'cause I haven't been prepared for god mode.
