Hi!
So this is my take on the Red Down Under:

Some of the caps are getting dark spots. Is it to dry? Anyone has an idea?

I didn't think the caps would be sooo small.. I don't really know how I'm going to get a clean clone out if this.

too hard to tell in that pic. u need to take pic from inside the tub in good light to see the moisture content better. as of now its just not possible to tell.

they r a growin yall ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ but hey jake or asura i got a question for ya. do either of you guys got a trick for packing down your edges and corners good when using a substrate thats heavy in straw?? seems like no matter what i do it just loosens back up on me and then itl shrink a tad and i end up getting pins around my edges and corners first. the middle still fruits great and is full of knots now even. i just dont know how to get my edges tighter no matter my effort it just  loosens back up๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผ

@Jcm If nothing else works. Maybe it would be worth using a liner?
What a pin set :shockedpussy:

So second flush of my first tray (Pan Aussie, from Asura) both flushes seems to not drop any spores. Asura mentioned this happeneds to him as well with this variety I think.

Wow! What a fun and awesome species to grow. Second flush came up right away after picking the first one, just amazing.
Got trich and I have my biggest load of edibles coming in behind the Pans ready to go to the GH. But first I need to clean it all out...
(Second flush)

Super happy with this tray for being my first and MS I think it went well over my expectations :snoopyes:

Edit: They have now been harvested and are currently being dried.
Also a picture of a cake I let grown for to long.

That's crazy, pud. Those look just like round I did last year. I haven't had that
phenotype show up again - the white look with the really big caps. They were strong
as hell though. I was able to swab them and get new plates, but those plates didn't
go anywhere.

Fuck yeah, dude. Since you're bored, I think you should do a write up on your fruiting method and
add it to the collection.

maybe i will do that here soon if ppl are interested. i know i have kinda described it to a few ppl. its very very similar to what angam has. i actually about shit when i seen his first post and saw his fc. i said holy shit thats damn near like mine lol. it was just some shit i threw together out of supplies that were bought a few years back when i was starting out. before i learned that all that stuff was pointless for growing cubes and not only was it pointless it was counter productive. but when i got into pans and wanted to cultivate them i thought id piece something together to just kinda get me by until i move and have the space for a proper full sized martha/greenhouse set up. but low and behold it worked rather well for me. it really isnt anything fancy or complicated either. im getting ready to make my first transfers from the germ plates of those aussies from ya so since were on government ordered home prison il do that tom maybe it will help a cpl ppl who are in my boat with wanting pans but not having space for a greenhouse type set up๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ good thinkin asura๐Ÿ‘

angams approach is pretty similar to The ShadowBox.

Of course people will be interested man, because you are getting results. And when some future pan head starts
rolling through all the threads like we did, they are gonna want to see shit that works

Write it up and link it in your sig, dude. You have responsibilities now lol.

lol holy shit thats damn near exactly what i did except i have 6 air stones ran on 2 higher power pumps and i dont use cpu fans i took other measures to allow air movement that fit all of my grows in one room at the same time. and no messy ass perlite i use straight water and place trays on a rack. add a aquarium heater and thats about it. it may be redundant after reading that link but il do it ๐Ÿค˜
