I have tufts that look like cartoon marshmallow fruits. I ripped one open and there was tissue in there where the stipe would have been. Stuff is nasty. I just threw out a tray this morning, but the other 3 are starting to pin.

The little black specks (?) they are an experimental trial the Tribe is running. Oh wait, I guess you are talking about the black specks on your plate. Anyway, the Tribe will release our experimental thread soon. They are bits of Wood Bison dung and a bit of soil. We are trying to bring in some of the ecological elements that were around as psilocybin mushrooms were evolving into their present state in the late Pleistocene. The presence of extensive glaciation in the northern hemisphere pushed a lot of species like dire wolves and wood bison into subtropical areas in northern and central Mexico. I'm lucky enough to be near an area where I can get my hands on Wood Bison dung. Here is a link about them: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wood_bison
Anyway, thanks for the tip about the mycelium. =)

ya was talkn bout my plate i just knew the eagle eye of some of my fellow cultivators and someone would have said something about it so i just wanted to inform exactly what it was from the start was all lol. but as far as your plate goes thats a very interesting concept/idea and a hell of a lot of a deeper thought process than i have ever had involving cultivation lol. but im now im interested. i always see that tribe thing on your guys sigs i assume thats just shit between you guys as far as what your doing but id be interested in the outcome of that sounds kinda cool

I'm interested in that as well!
So I just took 6 clones from my Pan Ausi tray. First time cloning pans and using hpoo agar (0.5g per 1 g mea). Not the easiest but I got the hang of it. A scraping motion did the trick.
6 different clones. Hope to get at least some good growth from one of them. We will see tho. For me this was a lot of plates compared to what I normally so haha.
Haven't even tried them yet and I already love Pans

When testing clones how do you guys do it? Run then all with same substrate and fruiting conditions I get that part. But do you just run them up against each other only once or several times? Might be a dumb question.. My guess would be run them together and see which one perform the best and save that one?

man im really starting to worry my jams may overlay on me. i dont usually get this much colinization of the casing. im not sure if its cuz i used a different casing this grow or what. but the last time i ran this culture it was great. i had a 5lb bag of casing from s----m s---ly that was given to me and i had it in the freezer for the last year almost. i have used their compost before a few years back before i started making my own and it was fantastic actually. i have heard ppl say they liked it so i decided to free up the space in my freezer and use it. so i guess what im asking here is have any of you guys used it before and if so how did it work out for you? i know jams like to overlay but i have never had this culture overlay my casing recipe. i guess if i have to i can always scrape it off and re case it with mine.

How to fruit pan cyans and pan cambo? Is there a super simple cheap way or do I need to build a GH setup?

Start by reading the first pages of this thread.
Then look at Asuras signature. All the information you will need is right there. You just need to bit atleast a little but of effort into it.

I've been reading. Wanted opinions on other ways to do it besides greenhouse and to discuss fruiting chambers for pans.

No problem. Didn't mean to offend you in anyway. Just sounded strange to ask such a question when there is tons of information about it right here in this thread
If you want I could explain how I did my GH. Only grown them once but for a MS I would say it was a success

Couple pages ago you guys were talking about difficulty finding cult supplies. Just wanted to mention that there's not really a shortage(of tp, food, or most things). The aisles are empty for two primary reasons.
People are panic buying
Companies are holding onto stock to drive up prices.
Largely though, the panic buying is the issue. Keep your head, and patiently check back. Eventually you'll get your products.
