I just put some Sandose (thanks to CBK) to LC today. Some of the nicest looking cultures that I've ever had. Growth was very swift and perfectly symmetrical after a single transfer from the germ plates.
Based on looks alone, Award Winning (tm)

Oh yeah the myc has no problems it’s nice to work with but the dwarfism is very prominent, all my trays of it have had it, I have pulled a ss iso from the venom X (where I had more stipe but still dwarfed) and I’m going to trad mate it with the pan cam indo ss iso I have (pan cam indo has not given me dwarfs) I’m also gonna try to fix the pan Jamaica that’s going around as it’s headed down the same path and microscopically it very well may actual be pan cam Jamaica not pan cyan as listed

jake, I think half the shit I've grown is actually cambo. Off the top of my head, estero looks like cambo to me.
Edit: my jams are definitely cyans. But estero, I am not so sure.

Well my jams are classic looking pan cyans. It looks like every damn image of cyans you can find on the net. The estero just doesn't have that look to me. But no I can't tell by looking.
Whatever we're growing in here...good lord you can trip balls on them.

Stop talking about it. I'm super happy about my pins. But it would be even better if I get enough to trip

wtf man they do look totally different this is fucked up im 1 million percent positive this came from the print you sent me. i can see more a cyan shaped cap when younger but as they mature they do take on more a cambo type look. bisporus commonly has that ring around the cap and im not seein that on all. lol fucking weird man but what ever it is they were great and i have them on grain now and will b running them again soon. maybe jake would be kind enough to look at it if i sent him a sample.

Yes using a microscope you can measure spores and count the spores per basidia to get somewhat of an idea however I am running PCR again on the ones that failed the last two times and these are among them and I’ll have a definitive answer. With all this quarantine shit I’ll have plenty of time to do genetic work. Also it looks like my first attempt at Stabilizing sandoze is working. The pics below are a pan cambo sandoze isolated diykaryotic culture. I pulled a clone from the most normal looking fruit from a mostly dwarf ms grow. Grew that way it and from that tray I collected spores from 3 of the most normal looking fruits and made several single spore isolates from each, pulled fastest moving of the clearly isolated cultures from my spore dilutions dishes, and bread them with cultures taking from spore drops of different fruits (I’m not sure this really matter This was mostly an experiment As just trying to clone out healthy genetics was not working. If all the breeds I was only able to verify clamp connections on 3 of them, one of them sent these up last night I didn’t notice until now

It is "official" now:
BISPORUS CAN FRUIT ON SUBS WITHOUT ANY MANURE.
I have set up a tiny container with just grain spawn and Sawdust. I see 2 pins now. Will update y'all. It is running side by side with larger containers which do contain my normal Cowshit + Sawdust mix.
