Yep, on a lumpy end of the agar bottle plate.
I was gonna toss it but figured I might as well streak it, glad I did.

Ok cool I was just gonna ask.
Since I read to look for wispy I was thinking the top and bottom of that same colony and the one next go it. I thought the tiny one down low was bacteria the last couple days til I got the condensation off lol.
Seeing as itโs my first run with these Iโll be taking a whole bunch anyways.

id take a few other tranfers tho also its easier to c the more u cleannit up from a germ plate i think like i said hell first time i seen the shit i thought it was mold til i made a few transfers n let it grow out a bit. it def takes some gettin use to after workn with cubes for 3 years lol but really only way to learn is to just take transfers n let em grow n toss out the bad ones as u go along

Harvested my first pan cake flush and am very excited for it!

But damn are they tiny! The whole flush (only harvested the fully grown ones) are barely 6.67 grams! Trying to plan my first pan trip and am wondering if I should just eat all of it? Have a little more on the way as you can see in the pic.
Also, any tips on cloning? I'm thinking of just grabbing something from where the cap meets the stipe but wondering if anyone has better advice.
But damn, pans are so beautiful and that smell is so awesome!
PS thanks asura for the spores to get this started. I'm printing a few of them now and will pass on some spores once the prints are ready

You'll certainly get a full experience if you eat them all. I'd get 2 doses and maybe snack on some cubes depending on dry weight. Congratulations man, welcome to the club.
Tip of the day - I used my hedge trimmer to shave off the side of a straw bale into a bucket. Came off pretty nice, most of it in 1-3" peices. Then swirled the trimmer around in the bucket to cut it down further. Sure beat scissors.

Somebody told me to put a wet towel under foil and another layer of foil over the caps to get pans to print. I've been looking for that post so I can say thank you! Worked perfect and I got 6/9 crisp pan jam prints thanks to you.

jcm, I got the bisporus back on plates myself and also the "unknown pan" from Zifozonke.
I'm kinda pumped up right now. Got 4 bags growing out now and will prep another 3 in a few days. I'm going to try RGS with those 3.
I've got more going on now than I did all last year.
