I'm starting a Pan Cyan project this week. It is my very first attempt so I am stoked that this thread exists!
Thank you to all of you who have contributed!
I too was discouraged at the sparse amount of information there is about pans. I think what intrigues me the most is that you need so little! Kind of like dabs lol 
I will definitely be posting updates and pics for you guys!

Well I made some agar dishes up yesterday and busted out that old Pan cambo syringe. I made a divot in the middle of two plates and dropped a drop of spore solution into each divot. Heres hoping everything works out

Mr fox are you rehydrating by misting. Ive seen some pretty good results dunking pans between flushed. Guy named spacecake used to do it.
