There are always exceptions and it could depend upon a few factors but I have noticed a decrease In yields and a higher potential for overlay with higher ratio’s, that could be a coincidence I didn’t try it very many times I honed in 1:4 pretty fast and stuck with it

aye. i just went with the higher ratio because hpoo is the hardest fucking thing for me to get, so was pushing the envelope. honestly, i feel lucky i got anything. i'm trying a few trays with black kow instead, and that luck seems to be running out.

Just dropped these two plates to an LC each.
First one is Pan Bama, the second one is Pan Aussie. Some Aussie also got tossed in a grain jar.
 
In reference to the simple tub design discussion, I'll be trying everything I can think of with these guys, starting with some kind of unmodded tub, and drilling extra holes if I have to. I don't have room for a GH, so I've gotta figure out something compact 
Been reading though some of Bodh's explanations how C02 doesn't sink or flow, it diffuses. Interested to see if I can take advantage of this to give them enough FAE in an unmodded tub. Maybe some extra humidity and airflow nearby.

Just now trying to grow pan cyans and i just cut up a bunch of agar plates and addded them to my grow bag. My question is the myc is so whispy how do i know when its fully consolidated? There is a sweet smell coming from the bag so far.

Dude, I love your tek. I really don't think an easier way to get pans has been discovered. I happily recommend it,
because it's within the grasp of most people...and my goal is to get people growing pans so they can see how
fucking awesome they are.
And I honestly don't know how the TC thing works. I logged in one night, tripping absolute balls, saw it and thought
someone was fucking with me
