Hey asura you said you use a 4 qt Pyrex dish right? I have a 3 qt I have not been able to find a 4qt anywhere. The 3 qt is 9 x 13 and only a few inches deep would that also work?

Okay thanks for that. So anything under 3.5 inches I’ll keep that in mind. Appreciate you always helping.

No problem The reason being is Pan myc Can easily get oxygen deprived so you want to keep your substrates under 3 inches that’s also why it helps to have really dry fluffy Pooh and fluffy straw they do not like dense thick substrate

So what's people's consensus on pan-tea? Does it break down the psilocin from the heat? Are we worried about this? Anyone done fairly direct comparisons?

If you got the extra skratch, I bought a Katchy like jake did. Knocked out my fungal gnat problem overnight, and it was REAL BAD.
Also, I shut down my GH/Marth/Whatever for a bit. After my pan-cakes went bad, and I put all of my seedlings outside, I've got nothing new going on with it until somewhere after next week... it's kinda sad sitting there lights off and everything

Isn’t that a depressing sight!... an lonely empty tent 🥺 My Personal favorite way to consume them is to make blue honey with them then after it sits for a month make tea with the honey then strain out the mushroom pieces. It does require more mushrooms you lose a good bit of potency her how much you put in however there are literally zero negative stomach affects I do this to use them up and because it’s my favorite way. making straight tea will work but again increase the amount

I use both the 3 and the 4qt. I actually like the 3's a little better.

Awesome seems I’m all set then! I’m going to bug you one last time then I’ll leave you guys alone for a while.
Would you consider this pooling? I’m doing the test you were talking about in your tek. It has tons of little beads but obviously when I tilted it for the picture some ran down.

I know you said a little moisture so I’m assuming less then this

Yes, that is pooling. Your sub will get soaked. You want your humidity as high as you can get it to where your tray stays dry. Or if it is wet, then where you can't see it...but you could draw a smiley face on it with your finger

Right. And if you can't dial it in that tight, dry is better. Because you can correct for that manually if you have to by hand watering your casing layer.

Yes You want the casing to always look lightly misted not soaking you get it to wet flys will be there soon

Okay I just assumed if it was dry then it probably wasn’t enough humidity to hydrate the casing. But now I also realize that if it’s always wet it’s not evaporating ever.
