Pretty sure we have the same humidifier. Is that just garden hose? How's that working for you? My next step involves taking my humidifier out of the tent, and that looks great

What LC tek or method do you like the best?
No tek...just tic-tac-toe a clean plate to LC in front of the flow hood. I place a magnetic bar in the bottom of the jar so I can grow it out on a stir plate. You can have a fully grown out culture in 5 days if you do this.

Thanks. Yes garden hose was all I had to hand, but it's fine. Only issue with the humidifier is the scum/slime that develops. It can be cleaned of course.
I haven't grown anything in the chamber yet...could really do with a bit of hot weather. Long term, I'm probably going to get a reptile heat mat and either have it on top or leaning against the side.

@mullugh
I cleaned out my bucket fogger yesterday and it was filled with pond scum. I should have taken a picture because it was gross.

So I spent the day making this beast. The box cost a few quid, but as it perfectly filled the space and accommodates a few shoe boxes, I bit the bullet. It might be an investment if it means not throwing away box after box of mouldy substrate. I put the heat mat inside the box vertically with a gap between the action. I'll have a research about best temperature. Fogger comes on a few times a day (6_8 times for about 20m every 24hrs).

Guys, I need help. So my Bisporus spawned to Cowshit was terribly stalled (no growth from most of the grains), but then I added some sawdust on top and it seems to be colonizing it vigorously. But still not sure if it's myc or mold. Any idea?
If it's myc I will be adding sawdust to all of my next attempts.

Appropriate with that pancake plant on the table (at least that's what they're called here)
Good luck with your first trays!

Totally nailed the Feng Shui with the tray placement, too. East-west alignment with the remote for bonus Shui! But I think your feet got switched in the process.

Got some Cambos going (attempt #2). This time I'm basically following Mary's Alabama Grow.
I noc'd these bags up 8 days ago, sitting at 75* in the GH with 12/12 lights and came back yesterday. Looks to be about 50% overall, maybe more. Thinking it's time to shake to get to 100?
