I've used plates that sat uninoculated at room temperature for several months. As long as they don't dry out they're fine.

What do you mean by similar to Acid in a mudafuka lay-it-on-me sense , all of the philosophical and spiritual jargon is fucking with the description, is it a cube trip similar to acid or an acid trip? Like am I the universe or am I being guided through the universe?
Cube trips make me feel heavy, cloudy headed, confused, week and vulnerable. Acid makes me feel alert and powerful almoste god like. Pans are somwhere in the middle. You get some of that head fuck you get from cubes but things just fell much cleaner, more lucid.

Dropping some pan bisp and a few others on agar. I wonder if I can convince my friends to try these instead of cubes.

What kind of amounts are we talking? And im thinking one can use both? Maybe not though. Like I said before, its hard to get the moisture content right with poo and straw mixed. Ive been going on the dry side with all my stuff lately, and been having no contams.
Ive definitely noticed a size decrease with using coir as opposed to poo. Didn't really think anything of it until the 4th tub with coir with decreased size. Anyone else experienced this?

"If signs of contamination occur on the extreme edges of the plate, either in individual colonies or in a complete ring, it can indicate that non-sterile air had been drawn into the plates as they cooled. To prevent this, let the agar cool sufficiently before pouring it, and cover the plates with their plastic sleeve immediately after filling them." from Psilocybin Mushroom Handbook: Easy Indoor & Outdoor Cultivation. None of my last plates contammed, NEARLY ALL these did, all originating from the edge of the plates, seems to fit(well enough that I originally found it by googling contamination from edge of plate or something similar and stumbled on that) I have 0 proof thats what happened but I'll definitely let my agar cool a tad more before pouring in the future.
BTW guys, are the different copelandia / panaeolus species actually species? unlike cube "strains"

prep your manure and straw seperately if ya have too,use both gypsum and lime, biggest fruits i've grown have been on straw, fuck coir or manure in that sense lol

In that case soak and pastuerize the straw and do the poo normally.
I know gypsum is usually a tablespoon, what about lime

I've only transferred my Alt#7 MS to agar once. They look clean. Surprisingly clean. I was thinking about making about 12 wedge transfers to jars of oats today. Is there anything special I need to know before doing so?

It doesn't. Cross thread accidental post. But my bisporus plates are showing growth at day 4 this time around. Remember I threw out the first plates at day 10 thinking it had been 2 weeks because they weren't doing anything? Same syringe too. I must have fucked something up the first time.
