I may have bitten off more than I can chew. This makes the 4th species of Pan I have going right now: Bisporus, Cyan Australia, Tropicalis and Cyan Alabama. All at different stages. As well as PS. Caerulescens, Ps. Cyanescens, PS. Zapotecorum and about a half dozen cubes species. š¬

@trypt, was that post for me?
If so, yes. Iām pushing myself to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible. I started micro dosing a few months ago and itās helped me have a much better outlook on things. Itās made me more patient, gives me more energy and I donāt get angry like I used to.

Looking like overlay. If you're casing is high pH hopefully that will slow it down.
This is a pic of the grow I just posted before I cased it (ignore the metabolites )
The myc is very wispy. The cottony growth usually spells trouble.

I'm a little concerned about the cottony growth, but it's looked that way ever since it started colonizing, even under the sub. I thought the cottony myc looked pretty similar to the OP's myc in his pics. Either way, not much to do now but see what happens. As far as fruiting conditions now, I have it in the 15 Quart mini mono with the lid on but not latched and I haven't misted yet. At this point, should I start misting and flip the lid or wait to mist until it breaks through the casing???? (Assuming my casing is at field capacity) Just getting some expert opinions since this is my first time attempting to fruit pans.

I see you are casing after substrate is colonised. I've got loads of overlay...four boxes where I cased straight away and now overlaid, one box where I haven't cased yet. I'll try and do a proper comparison of results.
