I use a cheap cool mist humidifier in the grow room, it keeps the humidity between 90-98%, it helps me not have to mist anything to often.

Yeah, that’d be my guess...crazy how it was crawling out of the sub and crushing those 2 shrooms.  Not surprised though as they took 35 days to colonize from about 10ml of LC.  I have some wheat spawn ready to rock so excited to see what it does.

That's trich all day.  Tough break, Myco.

Fully colonized PF material in spawn bags, all were shaken.  Red Milo jars colonizing.  Two were shaken, two were not.

Hmm, good call. I was ready to chalk it up to the extreme temp fluctuation in my room. Its around 81-82 during the day and about 72 at night.

Temp. fluctuation will give you concentric rings. The pattern in your pictures, my serbica grows a bit like that (on different mediums). My Pan. cyan. jam. was perfectly symmetrical one or two transfers from MS. I used agar made from brown rice boil water (would recommend).

Pretty sure it is light. These were grown out on a rack getting a 12/12 cycle.

My plates have always been stored in a drawer and I’ve never had rings, so makes sense

Initially they took 11 days.  They we’re all picked and re-cased on 4/15...some had pins in the next day or so...likely some that were leftover stragglers from the initial flush.  I got lazy and didn’t keep track of which are which.  I do know that one above was ms.  This one’s a clone.

I’m sterilizing some poo coir verm atm and gonna hit it with some bi wheat spawn.  Hopefully it runs right through it and gives a better flush.  I prepped it a tad on the wet side and will try it in a mini mono as well as some trays.
