That, and one is easier than the other to source for others. When given the choice, though, horse manure is preferred.

Was looking at the NPK between the two. Cow seems less "hot". I have a source for bat guano, too. Thank god I found an old post from Azur. I think that stuff would cook myc. You know the upper limits for what myc likes?

This right here is an important piece of info and glad you laid it on us bro!

I wonder how like goat or sheep poo would work. They eat grains as well, so it should work in theory. Those little dry marbles might be easy to work with lol.

It'd be awesome if it worked (for cubes as well). I can get tons of that stuff, dry, but I can't find field aged hpoo no matter how hard I look.

Vermiculite or wheat straw will have to added or taken away to get a spongy consistency.
Asura, not sure. Fungi doesn't use NPK like plants. From what I understand myce will use and digest what it needs and disregard what it doesn't need.
Nice, Myco.

Cowpoo takes longer to field age cause its a flat wet pie were horse is a round oval. It takes alooong time for cow to natural field age, it'll look good but have a green center
Donkey works just like horse, id imagine goat to wofk just as well as deer. I used 1/3 deer to coir with good success.

Good work yall this thread is getting good, im iching to get the rest of my shit

Whats the species/variety? Whats the sub? How many day in fruiting conditions? Sorry about all the questions- I guess I missed some of the action.

It's the bisporus on 1:1:1 coir:poo:oats cased with 1:1:.5 jiffy:coir:sand (and oyster shell flour). Pins at 11 days after casing. This particular round was noc'd with a ms wedge about the size of a dime buried just below the surface of the sub. There are also 3 clone rounds starting to pin as well.
