Yeah, i was misting some tamps next to them and some stray droplets caught a couple fruit...some straight aborted while the one in the pic with the blue survived but has done poorly. It's been a bit tougher getting the GH dialed as it is so fucking dry and cold here...even running a wick humidifier in there shit still dries up rather quickly. I need to put an ultrasonic in it or something...also, I used a very thin layer of jiffy/sand casing, so maybe a proper casing and a tad thicker would have done them better. What are you casing yours with?
@ Adas - thanks, man...they're pretty weak but I'll get there eventually.

I use pasteurized 50/50 peat-verm, no pH adjustment. They won’t actually pin without a proper casing for me. Next go around I plan on trying sifted jiffy

They look tiny. I would be frustrated if I grew anything and it turned out to be that tiny. For some reason I like my mushies big, haha. Great job anyway. Looks like they're liking you.

Ha, yeah, they’re small but I’m just excited that it fruited! I think it looks like it’s going to start pushing up fruit...hopefully they’ll mature and open up. Considering it was noc’d with LC, my first at that, I’d say it’s been pretty fulfilling so far.

Congrats man! My LCs have never worked (how could they without a PC, lol).
I can't wait to try fruiting my Cinctulus. Hopefully I'll get SOMETHING.

Adas what do you mean? You can make LCS without a PC.

Not really. The bacterial spores always survived somehow. Even with fractional sterilization attempts. Even some unopened LCs turned slimy after a few days.

Your just adding sugar like lme right?
You can sterilize liquid media's without since they don't contain endospores. Like grains would.
If it's just sugar I don't understand why it would go bad after 1-1.5 hours boiling.

Oh well. I have used stuff that potentially contains endospores (grain water, woodchip water).
Also, you never know if there's some endospore lurking around. Just one is enough to ruin it.

Have some small half pint jars filled half way up with grass seed. Xferd some pan bi I had on agar to it, and they're eating it up. Once they're fully colonized could I just case them and throw them in a FC?

Do you think coir alone would be fine or would I want to have other things, possibly manure?
