I saw cronicr mention he was growing invitro earlier? I'm very curious as to how you fruit pans invitro as I'd been planning to attempt this very thing myself.

Since you've got the community sufficiently hyped up about pans: are these prints you're taking available for trade?

another question i have read that cinctulus can form truffles...are they active? do they form alot of em?

They're active and they don't form a lot from what I can tell. Not much information on them. No dosage info either lol. Go cincts

If you get big enough sclerotia (truffles) you should clone them

Your main objective should be fruits. They would be far more potent than the sclerotia.. &&Im assuming thats what you're after (potency) since you are growing Panaeolus spp.
As far as the substrate goes.. Try to incorporate manure & straw into your bulk if you can.
Although, you can get away with coir, verm, and gypsum.. Just expect a smaller crop
Sub depth: 1.5-2.5" Casing layer: 1/4"
Good luck, :)

Depends on the sp.
For Cyanescens 1.5g = 3.5g Cubensis For Cambodginesis 1g = 4-5g Cubensis. IMO/E
Pan's are smoother/cleaner.. Cubes just feel dirty to me.

Yea people always say sclerotia is a cleaner trip whatever that means as i have never tried anything but cubes.
It seems that pans too feels better than cubes.
What about pan cinctulus? Regarding dosage and effect?

Je ne sais Ive never tried them. I'll let you know in a month or so..
Pan's are the cleanest trip you'll ever have IMO. Ive had sclerotia; both Atl#7 & Tampenesis and they just dont compare to Panaeolus
