Is there any harm in leaving my jars to sit for a few days if theyre 100% colonized?

NICE!! Do you think that was because you were able to provide massive amounts of FAE while keeping the humidity high? or something else?

Got mine from Gordo also.

very cool. I will be trying them out over the next few days.
All of the Ned D popped up as albinos, yeah.

We’re basically like brothers at that point then 🤣
And that’s really good! Think you have a good chance of stabilizing these then! 🤠
@normalperson, I’m not sure to be honest man. I willing to be so though! It took a long time to get my Martha dialed in beautifully. Now I have it all fucked up again because I ran some cubes in it while I wasn’t running pans hahaha

How the heck did I get a level 5 trip on 0.45 of pan cyans? I must be really really sensitive. Anyway, I would start at 0.5 and just redose after an hour if I wanted a deeper trip, but it seems that I require half the normal dose to trip.

I've printed two such small caps. I didn't think that it would work, but it did. Try to get them right when they start sporulating. I had a nice print after about 12 hours.

Lmao consider yourself lucky! But also, not all trips are the same even with same amounts. I could take .5 next time and trip hard 🤷♂️ hahaha.
Also with printing these, I found most success in a tote and spray with fine mist of water pretty good. Should have condensation on walls like a monotub

Mine were very small also but I was able to get some good prints, is this variety always really small or are others getting larger fruit bodies, the caps on mine didn't exceed 10mm.

This is basically how I printed mine and it worked well, I think if there's too much change in the environment between the fruiting chamber and the printing chamber they stop sporulating.

They are small in general, but they are so potent that I don't mind at all. As was said, I did have them in the SAB, with a glass on top, to not let moisture escape, for the prints I mean.

Im wanting to spawn ttbvi to 20% manure in coir. I dont have to pasteurize the coir too do I? I can just pasteurize the manure then mix it into coir, correct?

 Third you say... Nice.
Anyone know where there might be a Cintilus print looking for a new home?
I am very grateful to have a healthy/happy Pan Cyan Jamaica culture. One of the first boxes gave 118g wet (39, 63 and 16, when the green showed up). This culture likes to be cased. The other box which wasnt cased gave just over 30g wet from two flushes. Spawn volume was 250ml or approx 90g in each box.
