Thanks Supa! It is weird, it says I deleted the photo but I can still see the thumbnail.
Cinctulus mycelium looks different, almost like contam. I'd say from here that is probably cinct myc. The white clumps may turn into "stones". Realistically, the stones are more a novelty, they are very small. I do wonder though if the mycelium might be active?
I need to add that to my to-do list!

It's common with lawn pans that well fertilized lawns or manure creates the super fatties too 🤔

Here are some jars with 1/2 quart worth of WBS in each. Inoculated with small wedges of ttbvi on GWA on 12-15. How do they look? I was hoping for more solid looking colonization over the past few days but I think this is the best theyre going to get. I havent noticed any change in appearance.

Planning on spawning to 20% pasteurized hpoo in coir in shoeboxes a la Baba.

How long did it take for the agar to colonize enough to inoculate? I've got some Jamaican spores I put to agar the other day.

The agar was fast. In 9 days it almost reached the edge of the plate. Could have used it as inoculant sooner.

Looks good. Ttbvi is SO FUCKING aggressive. It’s wild.

Its truly awesome, hopefully I can stabilize it.
. Really excited to try them. Thinking about trying them tonight at around .5ish of a gram. What do you all think?

IME consuming pans is more beneficial when they are fresh, preferably in quantities of at least 10 grams, or even better, 15 grams. I usually chew them thoroughly and drink warm water alongside. I personally find that the effects are more pronounced when consuming fresh mushrooms compared to dried ones. Given the option, I always choose to consume mushrooms in their raw form rather than dried.

I did a Miraculix test on the TTBVI i grew from spores i received from Supa . the results were between 54mg and 63mg, so i went with 54mg per gram. if yours are about the same strength then you will be taking a 27mg to 31mg dose. For reference, a typical cube is around 16mg/gram with stronger types(like PE) having 21 mg-24 mg per gram. looking forward to your trip report.

It's been about 3-4 days now since the tub has been cased and the mycelium has somewhat colonized the casing layer. Lightly misted it once after it colonized most of the casing, mycelium has tiny microdroplets all over the surface, haven't misted since.
Pic taken from one of the bottom vent holes.

Does this look ok? Still unsure whether I'm actually growing Pan Bisporus or just mold.

I know you got yours from me, I can’t recall if the Atlantean did as well or not. I’ve sent well over 50 sets of spores of the ttbvi alone out to shroomery users. I got my original from GordoTek and his always is testing really high ðŸ«

@stroopwafelman, still looks good to me. Just a couple weeks to go lol...here's one of my 66qt bisporus monos spawned on Dec 23, the pic is from Dec 26.

@ supa, think I received TTBVI from you also. My trays are starting to pin so I'm hoping there'll be some prints to share shortly

my TTBVI caps are too small to print. spawn was 50% wheat/ 50% cow manure sent to a shoebox and mixed with coir at a 3/1 ratio.

Most of mine were pretty small caps. In my last run, I had some caps as big as a US quarter!
