I like the full sized wheat biscuits myself.

Also, my bisporus won't run on anything unless I put shit in the jar.  Testing sawdust now though.

Have you taken any pans before!?

Never  My first successful grow ever of any kind. I have some nats going as well, but only a couple side pins as of now

One of them is about 8 cm tall :unbelievable:
No longer babies.

There are a few small ones where cap turned black. I assume they are aborting. Should I eat them before they rot?

Second flush

I cased my bispirus around Thanksgiving.  They're in a fruiting chamber that has put out some nice looking Tamp. fruits.

How long till I see pins?

I know it's not new knowledge, but it's crazy to see the difference FAE makes with pans. Split a pint in half to each of these little containers. Bag on the left has FAE holes. Bag on the right does not.

How do these look? I had extra grain and plates so I kind of lazily inoculated some unmodded pint jars of wbs with stalled bvi agar plates. Theyve colonized remarkably fast and look clean to me. Wondering if people think theyre worth spawning to 20% pasteurized manure in coir. I still havent managed to get any pan fruits. Hoping that changes soon.

These small BVI pan cakes have been fruiting for a month now. So far I've harvested 21g dry from 3 trays and 4 tiny 200ml EF cakes. Fruits are a bit shorter now than in the start, perhaps because the nutes are running out:

My ultrasonic fogger died a week ago, but the tub seems to be going ok with an aquarium heater and bubblers. I've been misting now and then after it conked out, not seeing any aborts. Keeping the tub at 28C, aquarium heater at 30, airing out every 10 min or so. Lights on 24/7.

Is the myc pink or I'm just seeing things?

That is a really good looking tray. My later flushes have always been patchy, never like this nice. Beauty

Nope not pink. Theyre also not quite done colonizing. I expect the myc to fully cover all grains soon.

Trying out some Florida King clone cultures in my new tub setup.

I really love growing Pans. Super satisfying to watch these pop up.
