Mannnnnn that is some amazing work you did there, both trays look perfect dude. What kind of spawn ratio are you using for these? Sorry if you answered it previously. I have some ttbvi growing but on a solid flush coverage wise but I think I used too little substrate and my fruits are small in return. For some reason I kept it around 1 to 1.5 or 1 to 2 because I was worried about it but I think I should have had some faith in the work I'm doing. I'll share some pics tomorow when I pick a tray that's almost there.
I'm waiting for some spores to be seen on half the fruits because I want to snag prints. I'm on my third pan grow but I'm currently putting together a proper Martha to bring my grows inside as I'm fruiting all the "exotics" outside. Playing with some subtrops and zapetecurum, we shall see how they do in this heat. Big love to the shroomery and all the people sharing the information to make all this easier to do.

Absolutely gorgeous
Is that water in the bottom of the tray? Did you put that there or has it just come from the conditions?
Great work anyway - spawning my second attempt at pans today. Fingers crossed

yes, dry weight. i use 4 pounds of spawn/ 1 grain bag. pretty much the standard teks in this thread, but with airflow and humidity closer to a greenhouse setup than a tub.
and yes.. i surely fell asleep to some of your threads before getting results lol so thanks.

Hey hey hey we lost the first tray to contam after the first flush but we got tray number two spawned into a flower pot with foil in the bottom then pulled out and cased and introduced to fruiting. Looking nice and clean just plucked and printed a few hours ago

13 days later in the JCM FC... Bisporus is not pinning.

... I'm getting a bit nervous here. It has taken over the entire casing layer by now...

Shoeboxes are recovering and colonizing well. One better than the other. Pretty sure i know why.

Did a cvg only tub for the hell of it.

Hi all, I'm still thinking about setting up a martha (as I would like to grow some edibles/medicinal specie apart from actives). I notice I have more things to grow than my JCM FC allows in terms of space.
However, I don't want to be in the situation where I find myself banging my head for not having followed another setup..
So, what is the go-to martha setup these days? There are so many threads out there, if anyone can recommend me a proven setup I'd appreciate it

Was that after cracking the lid?
Im gonna get my supporter status back later so I can post pics of mine - spawned 3 days ago and they've practically devoured the sub of manure/straw - well it wasnt actually straw it was some tall grass that was growing outside my house that I dried out to try and mix with the sub as I really didn't need a full bale with the lack of space I have here

Na it wasnt those. Those were unrecoverable. Was probably too late to save them. Will try cracking the lids when I inevitably run into stalling again.
I read somewhere that momentum is key when dealing with pans. I used cultures that were pretty young and still growing on the agar rather than cultures that had finished growing. I also shook 2x, earlier than normal this time.
Cant just let them sit and chill like cubes, it seems. Going to assume I should spawn these ASAP as well.
