I use low prep, it is a huge time saver for me. The grains come out with different hydration levels in the jars but the mycelium doesn't seem to care.
I also did same, just soak them 24 hours, dry them 30min and than PC. No need for any boiling and wasting more energy and steam up kitchen.

I just put grains in jars, add water, lids, foil then into PC. Prep can be a matter of minutes!

I will use things I already got, old tub, a small table fan and room humifier and old aquarium heater.
I also not have much space inside my apartment so I will jut put it in a corner.
Hopefully BVI doesnt mind and its strong. Looking very good on grains now. I think I can spawn soon.
Why the humidifier and fan tho?

I follow nature and in nature Pan cyans drive in hot humid rainy weather where also a steady wind breeze is present. There is no other proven tek for beginners who have no idea about genetic works and agar work than this open gordo tek. I will try to create nature condition as best as possible , having the fan on most of the time creating a gently air movement around the tub and having mist coming 20min every hour from humifier. water temp in tub i will keep at 24C. I also will sterilize the sub to make sure contamination will be not an issue in early stages.
My friend just grew beautiful pan cyan weza with same method. He got very meaty proper fruits with that tek on his first try.

I tend more to follow nature and try to create a controlled artificial environment which is close to nature as possible. IMO for a total beginner with zero experience in agar/genetic work there is only gordos open tek which has proven results on first try outs.
I also dont have money to spend for expensive setups and have no space. I just wanna do it the cheapest and easy way.

Could you share the ratio grain/water? This tek is the best but it needs the right ratio to work. On what grains u tested this out?

You dont need expensive setups or nothing . You can do Pans in a Monotub. Is the cheapest and easy way. Proven results from hundred of people, with photos and proofs. I am doing pans with BRF jars to bulk in monotub , will upload pics in a couple of weeks
Check this : Pans in Monotub 3.0

JCM FC is budget friendly too .. takes up less space than a pool.. I would have one hell of a fight if I setup my kids pool at the attic.. both with my girlfriend and my kids..

I havent seen any beginner who has no experience in agar/genetic work who grown a decent amount of pans in a monotub. the experts who work years on that can do it but for beginners its not a proven tek at all.

no need for a kiddi pool, can set up a tub in corner of room with a mister pointed at it. I will do a mix of gordo and JCM tek and have old aquarium heater underneath. easy and simple and cheap. On other end having a small fan moving air around.

Sally, does the fan in the corner blow away the mist, or does the mist still make it's way into the tub?
I think your way can work, but you might need a couple of digital repeat cycle timers unless you already have them. That way one timer could turn the fan off while the mist operates. You might even add in a rest period where both of them are off. (Example: Mist around 5 minutes - Rest a couple minutes to let the mist settle onto the trays and fruits - Fan for a few minutes - Rest maybe 10 minutes - Repeat)
The durations are approximate guesses. The repeat cycle timers will allow you to fine tune your durations and adjust for seasonal / weather changes.
Edit: Whatever durations you find to work, just make sure the overall On/Off times add up to the same length of time, that way they will stay synced up, but alternating. (Example: Mist timer - On 5 minutes, off for 10 minutes = 15 minutes. Fan timer - On 3 minutes, off for 12 minutes = 15 minutes. Just plug in the fan timer 2 minutes after the mist turns off, and they will stay synced up.)
Wish you the best of success!

Kiddi pool works and also JCM tub tek..i will do a combo of both.
here are 2 more examples from beginners using kiddi pool/open bathtub gordo tek first time and have never grown anything before, both got lifetime supply of pans:

open gordo bath tub style for first timer:

Its all about understanding how pans grow in nature.

Thankx for your kind words. Fan is next to tub for moving air around. Humifier is set on circle. I will play with the setups around on further flushes. I am pretty sure that works cos it copies nature the best way. Open environment where air can flow. Most marthas i seen have wrong setups and airflow will not reach all places. Monotubs similar, needs lots of work and dial in trials to get it right.
Gordo and JCM tek the most promising teks for beginner on a low budget with very high chance of success. If i fail i also will report.
