Those jars sitting around for a while after full colonization? How many of these do you have?

Sounds like a plan, keep it around if it is not in the way. How are the other trays doing?

Three more, I was waiting to see less grain. Did I wait too long?

Great pin set
That's in a tent I suppose. They should take care of themself if you keep everything as is.

its not cobweb.. it a white cotton like growth when Fae is not enuff. if its gets to much it can be forked off.. i think its called cotton mold..

Pan myc is much lighter and wispier than cubes which makes it look weak and look not fully colonized in comparison, just something to get used to. You could have send this much earlier by the sound of it but that alone is not a reason not to send it. It's just not possible now to tell what is going on in there after extended consolidation like this.
Send it if you don't have anything else to do as it might be alright and also make more.

5-6 days I wanna say. I did bump my heat up in the room to 82F the day before they popped but that could just be coincidental.
I had a second tray of Nec-d (the owl myc I posted a while back) that I cased a little heavier that also popped two days after turning up the heat.

You've got a lot of opinions about growing for someone who hasn't even posted a single picture of any kind of cultivation on the shroomery, let alone a completed grow. Most of those opinions are incorrect to boot.
I'd advise you slow your advice train and start focusing on and sharing your own work.

This is my second attempt at pans. While I haven't accomplished an epic canopy like others on this site have, I'm still having fun and enjoying the learning process.
I'm grateful to everyone on this thread who's shared their knowledge, but I'd like to give a particularly big shoutout to Hindsight (thank you for your patience with all of my questions and wonky ideas!).
Process: Print > agar > grain > martha
- Prints: Estero, BVI, Bisporus
- Agar: 8g LME, 8g agar powder, 400ml hot water
- Grain: White millet
- Substrate: 4 parts finely chopped straw, 2 parts manure, 1 part vermiculite, 1/4C gypsum, 2,000ml water
- Casing: 2,000ml peat moss, 2,000ml vermiculite, 2Tbsp calcium hydroxide, 1,000ml water
I used to buy all of my equipment and materials from a vendor, but I'm now owning every step in the process -- whether it's agar work, grain prep, etc.
Martha Setup:
- Room is heated at 80 degrees
- Small humidifier is placed in the corner of the room, set at 40 RH
- 80mm House of Hydro fan attached at top of tent and blows air in
- One reptile fogger ducts into the top of tent, the other ducts in near the bottom. Both are sitting outside of tent
- Newer trays are placed at the bottom. They are then moved upwards as they progress through the fruiting stage
Cycle Parameters:
- Fog: 3 min
- Rest: 30 sec
- FAE: 1 min
- Rest: 9:30 min
- TOTAL: 14 min

Only two Bisporus pins. I might keep those trays on the lower shelves throughout the entire grow, given that I hear they can handle lower temps (and itβs coolest near the bottom of the tent). May not make a difference, but worth the learning opportunity.
