I did as you advised. My 2 small trays are in SGFC and very wet . I have only just figured out (I think) the word play in your name . Not native english speaker thou so happy I did it.

Gearing up for my first try at something besides cubes. This is the best looking of my third transfer Pan Cambo dishes and I plan on taking it to grain when it grows out in a few days. Here's hoping it's not a dud... more importantly, I hope I can give it the fruiting conditions it needs to be happy.

Thanks all. I love how aggressive this cambo mycelium is compared to cubes.

No but I heard a grower say pan cinctulus will last about 3 grain transfers before one needs to go back to spores to realize the full vigor of the strain. He rotates his agar between 3 kinds continuously too but still...

depends hugely on temperature in the room, type of pan and genetics of the particular one you have. Fast if warm, slower if cold. Also depends on nutrition present in the agar.
