Thanks for your answer Hindsight. i dont totally get the idea of your timings. You mist 2 minutes and vent 1 minute afterwards to remove 95% of the fog. Doesnt it mean most of the time you will have dry air in your tent? (12 minutes) With my setup a inkbird controller brings up humidity in my tent after venting with dry air and still my casing becomes very dry so i have to hand water. Anyway i will play around with my settings and shorten the vent duration.

Yes you are correct, but when I first built my tent and was experimenting with things, I was drying out the air in the tent too much. If you vent to where you can still just barely see a tiny amount of mist, the humidity levels in the tent are still pretty high even if you can't see the fog, and that's a good humidity level to have during the resting period in my experience. Prior to that, I had the 80mm computer fan (dialed down very low) that I use for my fogger, turned on 24x7. So after the vent fan ran for 1-2 minutes, that little 80mm fan continued to push dry air into the tent. That was too dry for the fruits.
Nice setup JOC!

Hell yea. Welcome back. I've recently taken an interest in Pans and I think I've read your tek like 6 times in the last week.

Hi all, 2 out of 4 plates got a bit of contamination (1 bacterial, 1 black mold)
...the others look relatively clean. I would like to clean them up a bit more, but wondered which sectors to pick.. looks like one big cotton mess to me.. I've used an inoculation loop. I did consult JOC's tek and Asura, JCM.. but not sure where to go from here.. or just move some random sections to a new dishes and wait for that to grow out?

Hello guys. This is my pan cyan tub. As you can see it's covered with this white fuzz. Is it just mycelium or sth else? Thanks a lot

I'm gonna dip my toes into this thread as well.

Pan cyan, started from wild spores out of Alabama. I actually did get this same culture to fruit last year in an outdoor flower pot but it got the trich and the little fucker ate the actual fruit.
This will be used to inoculate 4 straw based Muda Bottles and those will get buried in a flower pot outdoors.

They were extremely potent. I had CEVs of the landscapes of alien worlds. I could see the wind blowing through grass fields inhabited by strange creatures and everything was a weird color but mostly dark purple
The come-up was similar to the comeup of cubensis. It had anxiety. Iโve grown accustomed to mushrooms from the truffle producers which when eaten fresh always gift me with smooth comeups and over all smooth anxiety free experiences. Iโd have to say I much prefer the Psilocybe Galindoi/Tampanensis Iโm growing now over my bisporus even though the bisporus is stronger This bisporus trip also had a little bit of an uncomfortable feeling to it in general but it was overall a positive experience. Just been listening to jazz for a while now taking sips of my dmt pen
Iโve been eating 20ish grams fresh of galindoi once a week now for quite a while and Iโm definitely in love with them and how nice they feel. Iโll keep trying with bisporus before I make my mind up that itโs inferior to the mushrooms from the truffle producers
Anywayโฆ I wish I had some ketamine to snort.

Bisporus has always been my favorite pan. Good job. That's a good size fruit.
My favorite bisporus trip was camping with my brother-in-law. The trees told us a train was coming. That's really all I have to say

Yo I thought I try and germinate some spores to do culture work over winter. Streaked Bunnell, Wild Coast, RDU, NecD, F1 Print from my Pan Cambo, AA+ and Gym. Purpuratus. Temperatures are 55F, not sure if this will cause problems with germination. Excited to get things going again and get some top notch clean cultures ready.
