very cool, beautiful outdoor fruits..ive just put some tropicalis wedges to grain..ill post pics soon as its worth it..the syringe i used was loaded with bacteria so i noc'd up rye grass seed and then transfered clean growth to agar..worked like a charm..if anyone ever has problems with a dirty syringe, i def recommend this method

I'm guessing the easiest way is to transfer to grain. Or, would transfer to a BRF/manure cake be easier?
I'm joining the request. Can anyone please please load a picture of a petri and also grains in the jar when they are ready to be mixed with hpoo/verm.
Would really appreciate this.

here's a good example of a clean culture from earlier in the thread:
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/23724648#23724648
and i don't have a good picture of fully colonized grains available at the moment but i would describe pan cyan mycelium as looking somewhat like marshmallow fluff. thick and white but with no definable pattern or structure to it like cubensis mycelium can exhibit.

Thank you very much Panarchist Have seen that and forgot .
My rye jars with 2nd transfer agar went sour and blue (no mycelium blue). 3rd transfer agar on Rye with hpoo seems ok so far. Tomorrow I'm going to make another transfer and another jars inoculation. I will ad some pictures when I get some proper results.
Thanks everyone, this thread is the best.

Transferred a lot of back ups for this last weekend, had really nice uniform growth.
So i thought hey, why not use the plate for some grains, since it seems kinda clean. Did all the work while holding my piss... Talk about mad skills huh?

This is exactly how i looked while doing it

Just put pan cyan hawaii on agar, and made some more transfers from an old bisporus no pour jar. Hoping to save it. Can't get either of my prints to germ. Something weird about bisporus I think. The spores do not seem to last long at all. Others seem to also have difficulty germinating it. If I can't save this old plate I am going to hot pour over a swipe...

yeah, that bottom right plate looks nice. in my opinion, you could just ditch the others and concentrate on that one to continue the growth. the top right one looks like it has a mold colony sporulating at the 5:00 position and the ones are the left are so disorganized that they need more work.

Weird Alien-like Pan Cyan Goliath fruits, they're dwarf and opened caps already.

Those fruits forming onto overlayed part, they fruit on those parts. NOT forming out of the overlayed part. What is that means? Is it good or bad? Or why is that? What if forming out overlayed part or not?
Humidity: 75% (min) - 90% (max) Temp: 77f (min) - 80f (max)
For FAE, I put a fan it's automated when humidity and temp reaches maximum level, fan starts until temp down 77f and humidity down to 75% (coolmist machine always on)

u need to harvest those. its gonna be a PITA. use those tiny scissors that are for nose hairs or nails
chances are your second flush will look much more normal, and it will come quickly
my best guess is ur casing was too thick.

Can I eat them after harvest? Any bacterial problem? Or potency? Suggest me harvest all of them including pinsets? After harvest should I put some extra layer?

harvest all of them except any that are literally pins just emerging (caps will be more brown and slightly wet looking)
pans will have already initiated second flush by the time ur harvesting first (generally), so be careful when picking, tiny scissors really help.
yes u can eat them. they dry VERY fast, like just a couple hours in dehydrator, so put a timer on.
potency should be just fine. grab some friends and start a bonfire. grab a six pack for the come down

Oh ok thank you for your support appreciated. Btw. Should I add extra casing layer after harvest?

no prolemo bro-hammad
no, I wouldn't add anything. look closely for developing pins cause u don't even wanna mist/soak/over-humidify if they are there

Congratulations Noppie! Looks like you worked hard on them. Hopefully those mutoids will be extra potent. Don't take too much!
