Hi Aka, thanks for the reply, what a relief to know that they are good.
Yes, I’m using jcms chamber, I did some research and his was the one that I could afford to do it and it wouldn’t take a lot of space. It worked really well. I’ve have only added a cooler fan to the side as I don’t have a small fan and no gap in the box. I have also cut a hole on the side opposite to the cooler where I can adjust the diameter. The idea is to “control” the humidity.
I’m very happy with the results I got from my first Pans grow, following are some pictures.

But now I have another question as Jakeoncid419 mentioned about drying them.
I though I could just leave them overnight near the dehumidifier, the cubes I would leave a couple of days. Once they are dry enough, I transfer them to a container with calcium chloride. So, this is not a good method to dry and keep pans?
Thank you.
Peace

I just forgot to mentioned that it's not just their colour that are different, they also smell different.
The ones that are light brown have a nutty kind of smell and the white ones have that earth kind of smell, like you would expect the smell of a shroom.
I found that quiet interesting.

I wonder if flash freezing would help preserve the "freshness". Hey they do it with fruit and vegetables. I don't know if a strawberry is 99% water however.

They grow well!
It is ideal to dry the pans in a dehydrator at a high temperature and as soon as possible-then all the goodies will remain with you.I learned this thanks to this forum and the quality of mushrooms is amazing!

Love how this box just keeps pushin' em out. They been mighty tasty too, but are we losing any goods keeping em in the fridge for a few days before the dehydrator? Should I be drying them as quick as possible?

@Adas I am now a huge fan of the Bisporus. It was pretty depressing at first. this is my first tray of them to succeed and very glad I got it to this point to observe first hand n hopefully better my next moves👌 @nosf3r4tu you’re right they can definitely take more water than I had em on! Here’s the tray flush out after heavier watering sessions. I more or less harvest one corner(side) at a time. You can see the new babies ready to finish right after. Kinda preffer the small tray for this. Then after both sides are fully grown and cut down I fill the tray with water and drain in morning and mist hard right after and once or twice more that following day/night. Then just mist inside of container and keep surface watering till the end.

I don’t have any shots of them but they looked just like this (this was a super thick Nec D) the dwarfs packed a pretty good pick and had a very unique feel.

Poured some LC to horse manure & straw substrate supplemented with some whole wheat flour and started grains as well, temps are around 64oF (18oC) here at the moment and growth is slower but will be curious to see what will come off this at this temp range.

Yeah the general opinion is you want to dry them ASAFP.

Fun! Man your grain prep looks so much better then mine. Why am I so bad at grain?!
Can't wait to see what comes from the manure/straw mix!

LOL, that's what I usually think about my own prep. Actually this is the first time I have boiled grain in a long time, did soak only and loading wet for the last two years but this only really worked for me with oats and I had to switch to the boil for wheat.
This was a particularly good batch I have to admit.
Yep, hoping for a couple of cold weather cambos to clone. The manure/straw will take a while to colonize though (can't shake).

Haha, that is exactly what happened, have made a bit too much sub and didn't want to waste it, same with my grain jars, most of them are too full.
It will probably take me a couple of grows to get back to my old form after the five month break I took.

I have made it past page 1,000 of this thread, it is honestly one of the best reads of all time. I didn't think it would take me this long to only be this far through.
I have had literal dreams about growing pans!
Since it has been almost 18 hours since the last post I feel compelled to post another thank you to all contributors.
