My jars are ready.

I read they prefer a tray type of sub, so no deep substrate. I'm thinking about lighter depth, 3 inches?

I guess I will have to get a huge tote for this project to fit my fogger

Maybe just spawn a jar to a floating sub inside the fogger?

Are all pans supposed to be fast or is the growth structure more important? For whatever reason I'm fuckin struggling to get anything worth a shit speed wise. Streaked some jambos the other day, so hopefully they take off soon

I wouldn't sweat the speed very much. Normal Pans will be a tad slower than Oysters IME, but much faster than Cubes.

A few pics of some stuff I have in the works at my new place. I managed to get a clean clone of the jambo grow I did so I made a LC from it and put a wedge of agar to grain.

I noc'd up 12 pan-cakes tonight. Probably gonna build a 2nd jcm FC.

Also got a cheap stir plate to help break up the myc clumps.

I really struggled with trying to maintain proper temps for pasteurizating casing so I bought a sweet inkbird sous vide with wifi

Lastly I put some WC from Asura to agar a couple weeks ago. Does WC grow stones or is this mold?

I’m super impressed with this clone, if they’re all like this I should’ve been running them a long time ago.

This is less than 24 hours after shake #2.

I decided on my drive into work that i am more hell bent on getting pans than ever and that's going to be my main focus until I get enough fruits to enter the tentacle realm a hundred times

Edit....
Well it looks like 90% of those pics are broken lol

Got a question I'm having a hard time tracking down an answer for.
Can I just spawn my colonized PS CY grains directly to fruiting conditions and case at full colonization? This is what I always do with cube spawn and coir, but I don't wanna take a risk here as my past two attempts with pans didn't go well. Thanks.
Also, my hpoo substrate is currently in impulse sealed filter bags. If I gotta colonize first, can I just spawn into there and then dump the colonized sub into the tub when it's ready? Thanks

1.for pan cyan can i use composted cow manure? instead of horse, i can not find horse poo bag in my country, but a lot cow poop composted sterilized.

2.i have verm and coir which is better for casing layer.

3. spore to agar->millet-> cow manure coir+ hay

I don’t understand Your question are you saying can you just case colonized green and put it into FC? If so no that is not going to work very well. Follow a tech pans are much less forgiving than cubes you can get away with just about anything with cubes and some will still come up pens however are much more picky this thread is riddled with failed attempts, just follow a tek
