Prints are preferable, but the pucks work really damn well if syringes are all you have.
yep i like brf paste for germination but even then i prefer to squirt swabs with the syringe and plant the swab

Yeah I was prepared to see bacteria, but I often got them to at least germinate at some point. Well... I've got vermiculite and brf and some po o still. So I guess I can try things that way and still put them in the Jartha? One thing I don't understand is why that is any different than using a syringe on anything else. Why are the cakes better for syringes?
Temperature is set at 75. So no problem there.

Yeah, I know the risks lol. I've had nothing but failure with pans, usually not even getting to the fruiting stage because they stall. Thats with oats and with brf poo cakes. I just want to get something useable out of these syringes.

What do you do? Stick the swab in and then cut off the excess so it fits?

i cut the swab tip off and push it into a petri dish, with no pours i cut it or snap it slightly larger than the jar ( so i dont need my grubby fingers going in tbe jar) and then shove the swab into the agar and push it to an angle so my lid will fit

Necd struggling.
I just realized the place I put my fc this time is right in the draft of cold air coming from the cracked window through the room. Went to pull the shoebox out and it was ice cold so that’s not helping.

What do you guys think about this hpoo?
It claims to be 100% horse manure compost. Outdoor, rain-leached and dried

I ordered some of their field dried, shredded stuff. I haven't used it yet but it seems like high quality shit! My only gripe about them is they advertised an 8# box and it was like 6.5 with the box
I didn't know if composted manure was the same so I went with their dried and leeched pasture pies

I know this is probably pointless question but I'm dithering over it. what do you guys think, 2 grams dry Or 18 grams fresh
Do fresh and dry even have different qualities?

Well.. i can only speak for myself but everytime i have harvested and had fresh fruit, way less stomach issues (cubes though) and the buzz is much nicer and less fucking with me.. if that makes sense.. It's hard to explain but fresh just always seems kinder

I second icetech Everything feels more vivid, more 'intense' if you will, altough intense wouldn't be the word i'm looking for. Hard to explain really, but overall, fresh is definitely another magic

What's the best way for someone whos gag reflex won't let them eat fresh (or dried for that matter)?
I chocolatize all my fruits but that wouldn't really work well for fresh. Tea? Smoothie?

Definitely tea with ginger. It helps me a lot with nausea. I also add honey to make it tastier. I love that recipe, I could drink a gallon of it hahaha

What would be the fresh equivalent of 0.5g dried jambos?
