Mine didn't seem to mind 1:1 either. Flushed good like all the rest of my trays. I experimented with different ratios from 1:1 to 1:5 for each verm/coir/hpoo tray and the same set of ratios for hpoo/straw trays and they all grew very similar. I'm waiting until the 3rd flush finishes up on the last of the trays to compile final numbers/notes though, so I'll see when things are all said and done.
I can't seem to get more than a few trays to give me even a shitty 3rd flush though. Half of the trays mold just after 2nd flush comes in. Can genetics effect how many good flushes you can get? I assume so. I have Rainbow Eucalyptus about to be ready to spawn so I'll see if that's any different than the Estero as far as flushes. It would be amazing to get up to a decent 6th flush like jcm shown above!
I wish I could have gotten those spores from your giveaway Asura. I was really looking forward to those. =[ The funny thing is your Estero print came to me just fine. I don't know if it's the covid shit or what but it surely sucks.

Pretty excited. Got some new Aussie genetics in the mail today from Maitland, New South Wales. Hopefully, I can get something going with these. One of the prints was absolutely huge. One of the biggest I've ever seen.

Sounds exciting! Do you have pics of the fruit the print came from or know what species?
