Just pulled the three cambo jars I had left out of my FC.

They look like they suffered a bit. It was either the long wait in the jar or the big temp swings that occurred during fruiting. It got cold here and the FC was most likely way too cold at night. But there was nothing I could considering my house is a sieve. Or the fact the surface of the casing was like >1" below the lip of the jar could have mucked up FAE or the micro climate. Who knows. Either way I get some peace and quiet while I wait for my BVIs to consolidate.

I read ya. Hope it's not. However take a look at this from theDoobsker, his pan WC mycelium looks like the one I posted. His second pic is exactly how my other pan cyan plate looked.

Here's a pic from the grains I inoculated.

Really wispy growth. I can barely see it. Does it resemble in the slightest pan cyan mycelium? I hoipe I am not growing some good old bread mold here.
More pics from the agar
This one I inoculated from
These 2 were inoculated in plates surrounded by bacteria, hence the fuzziness.
Any of these resemble pans?

I have only done a few jars worth of pans on grains and that looks far too wispy unfortunately.

Both your grain jar and agar dishes look like mold

Hi y'all, just about to wrap up this years Pan Cambo run. Two of the last tubs got harvested today. For these I used span that was inoculated with some of the LC donor plates I used for the earlier tubs.
Three tubs of which one is a bit behind. These tubs are putting out not as many fruits but there are some serious fatties in there.

Will come back with a recap of this run and probably a write up on how I setup my mono tubs but will wait for the 2nd flushes to come in first before finalizing my thought on this.
Here some moody Pan pix for you to enjoy:

Finally.. at last.. I finally get to have that pan trip I have been dying for very soon. Thank you so much jcm. Pretty much everything I have is your design and culture 🤣👊
I finally have pins!

The larger tray was cased 24hrs after the others so that should be pinning soon also.

So I have this awesome journal my girl got me to keep track of all that sort of shit but I'm horrible at maintaining it.
Looking at picture timestamps it looks like less than 4 days from casing to pins.
