i just finished tearin my shit down and drainin them out for cleaning. im still gnna go fwd with the nec d clones tho since they are already on grain. but pending on the potency of those that will determine if i keep them and bother working on them any futher or not. im hoping the ones i ate were shit just due to the fact the vast majority of them were mutants and retards in that first flush. they started lookin much better in the 2nd tho. i may give those a try friday night just to see if anything at all. 🤷🏼

I have no experience with Copelandia at all, but really want to get into it (if anyone wonders my avatar is wild P.antillarum) Currently I am growing some woodlover psilocybes and wild semilanceata mycelium on agar and some on grain already, really hoping to have some fruits this autumn if all goes well. I would be really grateful if anyone could send me a print to start. Not very experienced grower, but learnt a lot last year, and have passion for it. So, this is it, I am asking if someone have some prints he would share with a stranger, I am in EU, eastern Europe. Unfortunately I don't have nothing yet to offer back, still thank you in advance.

Sounds like you should get a hold of angam Wx.
I believe he’s in that part of the world and probably could help you find all the stuff you’ll need if you don’t already have it.

1 qt of grain to 4 qt of sub?
Based on pics that I usually see of pans that seems like those trays would only need about a half qt or am I trippin?

Thanks celestial. I enjoy trying different fruiting chambers but here are the ones I am currently using. My greenhouse is pretty basic consisting of a cool mist humidifier running 24/7 at the base of the greenhouse providing constant FAE while a reptile fogger and fan are hooked up to my inkbird humidity controller.
I am also a big advocate of using MS inoculated cakes for finding good fruiting cultures. The chamber I use for those is a modified version of the Shadowbox, which a user on another forum whom I have great respect for did a write up on.

Forgive me, I'm pretty hacky on the whole genetics side of mush cult. If I'm going spores -> agar -> LC I'm reducing the gene pool via the transfers from agar -> agar -> LC. But I've still got a collection in the broth right? Am I losing a lot through the transfers? Or is there still enough varition in my broth?
Feel free to school me hard if what I've written is nonsense.

Are genetics narrowed/limited detrimentally through subsequent transfers? (I think)
