what to do with my pasty plates?

so yesterday i made some pasty plates, all went well except 4 of my 8 plates fell crooked at some point so the agar is crooked, nbd just a smaller angled work space. I also constructed a SAB.
Now im not sure where i should go from here, i have a spore print i produced, which appeared to be purple.
I have a 99% colonized wbs jar that looks good to me, but idk maybe it has wetspot
And lastly i have a nice looking small fruit from an outdoor bed grown from my contamned mono, unfortunatly it was only a small amount of spawn and my big plot flooded. Oh and heres my SAB
keep in mind i only have 4 good plates and 4 slanted ones that will work imo i dont see why not. so should i start from spores, take some grain from that jar and put it on agar (then i think ill g2g for an outdoor grow while I isolate on agar) or cut a piece from the inside of the stem of the fruit?

Spore to agar is very effective. If you want to clone something from that WBS jar I would first fruit it and then use a fresh tissue sample from inside of the fruit to clone, that way you can pick the best looking fruits.
Personally I would start with the spore print to agar. That way you can get a head start on isolating a fresh clean sample. Use as little of the spores as you can when transferring. I find a sterilized cotton swap, or inoculation loop works best.

Yea wrap them up in a couple layers of foil and PC would work. I get single packaged pre-sterilized swabs. They're inexpensive, and a 50 pack last me literally forever.
