manure... With humus?

So ive got some fully colonized WBS and want to do my first bulk grow. H poo is rare around here, but home depot sells cow poo "with humus". I was wondering if anyone has had success with this material.
Either way, i plan on making a mix of 45% manure 45% straw and 10% coffee grounds.
Any help would be awesome. You have to order coir theough the mail here and im worried about the shrooms starting to pin in the jars (had this happen with BRF before)
Thanx!
PS - i read RR's posr about leaving cow poo out in the sun to get rid of ammonia. Just worried about the "humus"

Ya got a pic of the bag? If you properly pasteurize it, I can't see how it won't work.

it said it contained "composted forest material and 'poultry pellets'"
I also bought this stuff called "composted manure", which I guess is just compost made from manure.
Both of them seemed a bit more "mulchy" than, say dog poo or a cow pie.

Just an update: I tried the home depot bagged "manure" for 2 grows and both failed. A few weeks back, I located a farmer's ad on craigslist for free hpoo if you haul it away.
Decided to try the real stuff. The farmhand did have a strange look on his face when I drove my bright red sports car into the field to shovel a trash bag full of crap. I did observe a good sign when I saw a mushroom growing in the crap I was shoveling.
Spread the stuff out on a tarp to air out the ammonia/urea and then pasteurized at 160° for an hour cut with 50% straw (also from a farmer).
I spawned late at night on 11/4. Today it's early 11/7 and the plate is almost fully colonized!
Lesson learned: use the real stuff... but now I have about 50 lbs of horse crap and a bale of hay just laying about... gonna need a lot of rye.

Awesome!!
How long did you dry out the fresh hpoo for? Just until the smell is gone?

I broke it up by hand and laid it out a few inches thick on some painter's plastic to maximize the surface area to volume ratio.
I left it for 24 hrs on a ~ 75°day (note: I have one of those glass-enclosed porch or "sun room" or "florida room" so it may have been a bit warmer).
I followed this TEK for the pasteurization/drying:
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/723303#Post723303
the main thing I changed was I used 50% hpoo 50% straw (cut into half inch pieces) instead of just hpoo.
I also speed dried it after wringing the pillowcase by first squeezing it by hand and then laying it on newspaper and hitting it with a hairdryer until it still felt moist but pinching it wouldn't produce brown liquid
