Looking good. I think part of the sub colonized better than others but i may be wrong. I probably am. But that's a good pinset.
-------------------- Alright then, picture this if you will: 10 to 2 AM, X, Yogi DMT, and a box of Krispy Kremes, in my "need to know" post, just outside of Area 51. Contemplating the whole "chosen people" thing with just a flaming stealth banana split the sky like one would hope but never really expect to see in a place like this. Cutting right angle donuts on a dime and stopping right at my Birkenstocks, and me yelping... Holy fucking shit!

After that grow I think u would be disappointed by pf tek cakes. If u can pc pf cakes then just do grains and don't waste precious time on pf tek imo..

Yea bulk growing has a MUCH higher yield than the pf tek, I don't see why making grain jars/agar dishes is soo intimidating to newbs.

Get a food dehydrator, best way to dry them IMO.
Then once they are cracker dry (135f for 12 hours should be more than enough), store them in a mason jar with a small silica gel packet to keep them that way for a LONG time.

There does look like an FAE problem too much humidity. But that hasn't been known to stunt growth in my experience.

I personally think that drying in 135F (around 57C) is way to warm. I dry mine at the lowest setting of my food dehydrator which is 95F (35C).

Yeah, that's why I bought one with temp regulation. When drying them on lowest setting, as I mentioned, it takes even up to 48 hrs to be cracker dry (depending on the mushies thickness). 6 hrs is fuckin' quick!

The active chemicals in your mushies will degrade at temps MUCH higher than the highest food dehydrator temp.(165f I believe)
I used to dry my mushies at the lowest setting too, but it takes way too long to get them CRACKER dry. One time I stored fruits that I believed were fully dry, then after a week when I went to take some, the stems/caps were all squishy. And the potency definitely decreased as a result of still having moisture in them when stored.
Ask any TC about potency loss, they all say crank up the dehydrator!!

I made a dehydrator with a box, a lamp, and a fan. it did the job overnight and consisted only of household items.

I thought the sub looked a little dry, but they do look like they ready to boom out.. What strain, mex means Mexicana?
Man,I dried mine by putting them in trays on dry shelf.. took forever to dry. at one point I put them in my stairwell on a screen and turned on the electric heat and left them like that for 4 hours... it helped but damn, i'd like a dehydrator. took over 4 days to dry mine out.

Ok, if you say so m8, I'll give it a shot next time. Maybe I was being too careful 'bout drying them.
