Matching fan for 2ft by 4ft HEPA filter

I'm trying to build a laminar hood and the filter I ordered is 24in by 48in by 6in. So according to the calculation, I would need a fan performs 800-900 CFM @1"WC. Is it correct?
I was checking the hydroponic website for the inline fans. So should I choose 8" perform a little bit below 800CFM or 12" around 900 CFM? Please help!

i dunno bout inline blowers.
for squirrel cage top blower u want "dayton 1tdt2" fan model at minimum.
will blow 1040 cfm @ .8" SP.
150FPM should be a minimum IME, unless u have a nice lab, sealed, etc.

I am curious of the answers. Where did you buy the filter, better yet, how much?

For a filter that size, you are going to need the highest volume dayton blower they make.

No, you want a blower, not just a fan.....

I found this blower seem matching my filter. Is this the right type of blower? I saw the data, it will reach 1600CFM@1"WC.

I'm in Canada, the filter I got is from air filteration.ca.

Not quite. I have a massive dayton blower i use to force air into the combustion train of my glass melting furnace. This thing would destroy a hepa filter
