They wouldn't be illegals entering the country. As I said, lots of people enter the country legally and then overstay their visa, thus making their continued stay illegal. That isn't a crime, though, and it doesn't make them criminals.

overstaying a visa is not a crime? Well hell why don't we just not have any laws at all???
If the children are citizens but the parents are not, that's easy. We still deport the parents, they always have the choice to bring their children with them, the choice to break up their family would be theirs and theirs alone...
Question, if rampant illegal immigration is such a great and wonderful thing, why are many european nations putting up... Wait for it... "Walls" to keep those peaceful Syrian immigrants out? Why is Germany housing them in camps surrounded by razor wire and armed guards? Let them run free! Don't they realize how great it'll be for their culture and economy?!?!?!

Pshh...as an attorney, you wish to redefine a word so as to win your case, but illegal is illegal, and I do not condone illegal; therefore, I say again, I do not want illegals within our country, period.
illegal:
"a person residing in a country of which he/she is not a citizen and who has no official permission to be there."
illegal immigrant:
"an alien (non-citizen) who has entered the United States without government permission or stayed beyond the termination date of a visa"

This only makes sense to people with no concern for facts, while technically true, it's borderline retarded ( I think Bigbaldwoof said he had a retard in his family) maybe he can tell us how retarded this is...

It's an absolute fact.
If you think facts are retarded, then your posts suddenly make a lot more sense.

As per Visa violations: "Misdemeanors. 14 6788. A misdemeanor, a criminal offense that is less serious than a felony and more serious than an infraction, is generally punishable by a fine or incarceration in a local jail, or both."

Yeah fuck you too, of course it's true, factual, but does it make any sense? Only a fucking liberal fucktard would agree with the idea that committing a crime doesn't make one a criminal
Nothing else liberals do makes and fucking sense so why should this be any different right? Id love to know the political affiliation of the retard that wrote the law this way, I can only imagine...

I can't believe you're willing to stoop so low as to call a child a retard on multiple occasions. Wow, you surely are a man of principle. A 'Christian values' guy no doubt.

An example:
I have been within a foreign country, knowing good and well I needed to stay past my visa. Did I disrespect the laws of that country? Absolutely not! I was responsible, seeking out officials, explaining my predicament, requesting a temporary extension, and it was granted; therefore, I was not illegal, after my initial visa expired. I expect the same of all others entering this country with a visa.

Us Liberals just support the Constitution. You can spit on it all you want, but it's actually a pretty impressive document.

Liberals are the only ones who stand for personal Liberty.
I didn't say the constitution doesn't deserve praise at all. I said that we should respect it, but it should not be made akin to Gospel. It is not some holy document. I hear people like Glenn Beck saying that Jesus himself wrote the constitution with his own hand, etc.
I believe you conservatives have the right to hate the constitution, and to express your disdain for it. As a Liberal, I just don't particularly agree with you. I'm a bit of a fan, actually ;-)
