I don't know any self-righteous Republicans. I do know some that figure if you make your own problems, you work your way out on your own. That goes for the banks and the auto industry. Neither were too-big-to-fail.

He certainly never fought boehner on his progressive bowing down to Obumble, I have very little faith in much changing with Ryan as speaker, and he's also been working with Louis Gutierrez on immigration, who has admitted to wanting mass amnesty and an even more open borders policy, if that's even possible...

It's really the "outsider phenomenon."  People are really sick of business as usual, this is why bernie sanders and trump are so popular IMO.

The us auto industry wouldn't have failed, ONE unsuccessful company would have went under, those employees worth a shit would have been picked up by the other auto makers, as their sales and production would have picked the others losses.

The democrats are just as responsible for the bank bailouts, so there's that. No self respecting CONSERVATIVE supported any of the bailouts

What we are seeing currently is the dissolution of the two-party system, the parties have been both been taken over by progressive socialists

Plenty of conservatives supported the bailouts. What we should have actually done is bailed out the American people, instead of giving the money to the banks and expecting them to handle the mortgage crisis (which they didn't). This is what we did after the Great Depression, and it worked! We gave the American people a 'New Deal'.

I guess not, I said the political parties had, not the ideologies, they have and will always remain the same, like progressive socialists always have, and always will want more central authority, less freedom and to run a "command and control" economy

Hi Bigbadwoof. It seems to me that sounds like a reasonable thing to do- f the banks. But if the prices were artificially high, how would property values return to the right place. i support the idea of helping people to not loose their homes- but i think that the conspiracy to jack up the prices to gain riches for the mortgage brokers and bankers was the real conspiracy. i think with trump we would see more of that kind of nonsense.

When you said 'conservative' you may have been referring to Teabaggers, but traditionally the word has not referred to such radicals. Do you know the difference?

I don't know what Trump would do with regard to financial bubbles. I don't attribute every possible bad political outcome imaginable to be characteristic of his presidential bid. He's a terrible candidate, no doubt about that. He is a divider, not a uniter. He promotes hatred and catty controversy. He has a fragile ego and threatens lawsuits every time someone says his hair is funny. This is not a leader. I could potentially see him and his hair-trigger temper bombing other countries over personal insults on a foreign blogger's website.

This talk about building a wall is ridiculous and not even really necessary. There are better and cheaper ways than building a 'great greeeeat wall'... 'so great'...

I like the fact that Trump is fighting back against censorship, and I think candidates should be able to speak their mind a bit more freely without being jumped by the media and having their words distorted. However, his words are often quite terrible, and any party with any level of sense would denounce him, along with Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman, and Sam Brownback!

Republicans have become the party of stupid crazy fringe nutcases, plain and simple. They make the worst Democrats look amazing.

Trump has destroyed countless small contractor business by stiffing them via bankruptcy so that he can McScrooge billions of dollars like a fat greedy whore plaguing this country. He is a wart on the asshole of progress. A fucking leach sucking the middle class dry and leaving them to waste.

Disgusting.

I just told you the difference. Please stop referring to Rush Limbaugh >.< He is an idiot and a lying, pill popping, sensationalist hateful bigot. When Rush Limbaugh's contract is up in 2017, he's done. Advertisers aren't even willing to sponsor him anymore, because it is bad business.

As for the Tea Party, I never said why it was established. That's a red-herring. I just said that the are not 'conservatives' in the traditional sense. They are right-wing radicals. There is nothing wrong with being a radical. Some might call me a left-wing radical.

No, Donald Trump is infamous for filing bankruptcy to stiff small-time contractors our of payment for their work. In the process he destroyed many small businesses who worked on projects and put their own time and money into Trump's developments only to get stiffed in the end.

This is common knowledge. Not some obscure accusation. He fucking brags about it in his books.

Rush Limbaugh is falling out of relevance. This is partly due to the fact that radio politics are falling out of relevance. However, advertisers don't even want to sponsor him anymore, and radio stations are losing money on Rush. Rush Limbaugh is a fucking idiot >.<
