Habitat: In my garden under flowering beans, western Slovenia, about 300m altitude, growing on soil directly under these flowering beans...
Gills: somewhat purple grayish (thats why it got my attention), adnexed
Stem: 3 to 4cm long, diameter 2-3mm, yellowish white, smooth, hollow, thin.
Cap: diameter 2-3cm, white, conical/bell-shaped.
Spore print color: Haven't done it
Bruising: No bruising...
Other information: Scent of the mushroom is like smelling a rubber glove or something I haven't picked any younger or older ones cause this one was only one laying on ground, younger have brown caps that looks almost transparent. I can provide more pics on request. This is my first post on Shroomery Here are the pictures:

So are these active or not, I have found them on lots of different places and don't know if I should pick them if I find them? Also some say that they are...

they are not active and are probably somewhat toxic. There are some active varieties of conocybe but these are not them.

The two listed in Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World that are active are Conocybe cyaopus and Concybe smithii. In the book Stamets cautions beginners on trying Conocybe or Inocybe actives because of the potential of getting a toxic one instead if you are not 100% sure on ID. You may want to do some research to find out which Psilocybe species grow in your area. Happy hunting.

yeah, I wouldn't mess with them either, too many other easily recognizable types without potentially toxic lookalikes.

Shouldn't Conocybe have orange gills? Looks kinda like a Psathyrella or Parasola to me.

I'm just curious because of the rumors I've heard about this lookalikes being active, the only one I'm intending to hunt is liberty caps.

Liberty caps should have an umbo (nipple), bruise blue, and have a purple brown spore print. Learn to take spore prints if you do not know how.
