Lions mane pricing questions?

So I've been searching posts on how I should price my lions mane mushrooms and I'm seeing like 16$ a pound 15$ to restaurants. And I'm kinda thinking that is a little low? The taste I get out of lions mane is amazing. Even better then morals! And the time and money I've put into this is crazy. Here's a picture of my first harvest of like 10 bags. And it weighed out to 3 pounds but it looks like a lot more then that. I couldn't see myself letting them all go for only 45$. There are none of these mushrooms here were I live in Michigan . A lot of people haven't even heard of them. Does anyone sell them by the ounce? Because I was thinking of selling 5 oz bags for like 10$ is that to outrageous? I don't want to be fucking people over but I think that's a good amount for the price and the taste. What do you guys think. Sorry his was so long haha I'd just kinda rather keep them for myself at 16$ a pound

Nice Grow! I was buying some at our farmer's market - about as much as you have in your hand - for $6. I noticed, though that after a few weeks, the lady quit coming. Very few mushrooms taste as good as Lion's Mane.

with that small of an amount charge as much as you can. i started out with a few blocks selling for $30/lb. then i had a whole huge grow room with hundreds of bags putting out 2lbs each and all of a sudden had to ship them across the country just to sell them at all.

I sell lions mane to the local food co-op for $10 a pound. More if I'm at the farmers market.
