Question on inoc of quart jars

This is my first Wbs grow and I was just wondering when im shooting the jars with my syringe if the needle needs to go into the grain or if it just squirts in. I am familiar with people putting the needle to the side of the jar while doing pf jars. But from what I understood a master quart jar of Wbs would be 3/4 full. Please enlighten me. Any tips appreciated.

angle the jar slightly and aim the (.1cc) of spores (after shaking the syringe)(&dropping one drop after flaming to cool the needle) to the side of the jar so that the solution runs down the side - this will spread it out more. PS flame yer needle red hot in between each jar & don't shake or move the jars much at all until 30% colonized.
good luck dude!

The fewer number of spores the better IMO. (.1cc)

The 'fewer number of spores' the longer it takes for a jar to colonize which increases the chances of contams
.1cc (one drop) is almost impossible for a newbie
Aim for the sides so you can see growth when it happens 1-2cc per jar and don't stress about it.

This is most definitely false. The number of spores does not not determine growth rate of mycelium, at all. This does not increase risk of contamination, it honestly helps reduce it. When using MS, you are allowing random spores to germinate, the more spores you throw in the mix, the more chance for randoms. One or two drops is not impossible for a newbie. Its really quite easy, if you can push a drop out to cool the red hot needle, you can only use a drop or two to inoculate. Please do not use 2 cc per jar.

Hi, you're dumb. Let me explain.
The more spores, the greater the chance of contamination since the spores are not likely to be 100% clean. The less liquids shot in the jar, the less chance that a stray contaminant spore will enter the fray.
Furthermore, 10 million spores doesn't really germinate a whole lot faster than a million spores or half a million spores. Don't spread shitty information here or I will find you and make you hurt.
If there were one mold spores per million cubensis spores, then using multiples of the correct amount will only reduce the chances of success. This is pretty much a given since we don't know how clean the syringe is, since OP didn't make it himself.

Yep. I can't even rate him worse than I already did for another unrelated incident. Been disliking this guy for a while. Now he'll keep giving bad advice and pretend his wrongness doesn't exist. Like that's productive.

Maybe if you didn't sound like a complete moron spewing wrong information to someone wanting to learn. Inocuole and Mad Season are definitely a couple of members you want to be paying attention to around here, they know their shit. 1 shroom for you!

Yikes he'll probably never recover from all those ratings. Shame.
Enjoy your 2cc inoculations buddy.
