This is good if you're busy or in college.
CROCKPOT CHILI
1lb ground beef 1 can red beans 1 can tomato sauce 1 can diced tomatoes 1/2 onion 2 cloves of garlic Lil chili powder Lil cumin Lil pepper
Just brown the meat with the onions and a splash of olive oil in a big pan, then toss it all in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs OR high for 3-4 hrs. So fuckin easy and makes an assload of servings.

cook 2 chicken patties on a skillet and then cut them in strips
take 2 flour tortillas, sear with butter and a splash of soy sauce
apply to one tortilla a liberal amount of BBQ sauce, then cheese, then add strips and more cheese
put other tortilla on top
cook both sides on low to medium low
apply salsa and sour cream and guacamole (optional)
enjoy!

Tasty Wedding Soup. I usually add some chicken into this soup and usually make more meatballs too
1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons shredded fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat leaf parsley (optional) 2 green onions, sliced (optional) 5 3/4 cups chicken broth 2 cups finely sliced escarole (spinach may be substituted) 1 lemon, zested 1/2 cup orzo (rice-shaped pasta), uncooked grated Parmesan cheese for topping Directions Mix together the meat, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, basil, parsley, and green onions; shape into 3/4 inch balls. Pour broth into a large saucepan over high heat. When boiling, drop in meatballs. Stir in escarole, lemon zest and orzo. Return to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook at a slow boil for 10 minutes or until orzo is tender, stirring frequently. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
