What's my comment have to do with preferences.
The tree comment, which you didn't get , was that all trees need water, sunlight, etc You're saying trees need the complete opposite, and they'll grow with the complete opposite

EASY There, MANBOT2000! Your analogy is silly, and if you give silly you should expect it in return.

No, what myself and everyone else is saying is that you can't just generalize everything and expect to be right.
What does my comment have to do with preferences? That's pretty funny!

You dont know my experience, or any of our experiences for that matter. In my case, I actually have plenty of experience and I do understand what you are saying. On a very basic level, I agree with you -- in the sense that he's probably going to do a better job of nurturing the relationship if he focuses on being playful and having fun instead of focusing on locking down a relationship. With that being said, the format of your message is complete shit and I find myself sitting here wondering how in the world that you ever got married. Then I remember, all trees arent the same, and I probably would never want to climb the one you're sitting in.

Depends on your definition. When 2 people have grown up in a "normal" household where the parents stayed together and showed tons of affection to one another, which resulted in "normal" children instead of the typical nightmarish/ needy/ pathetic 99% of unhappy people you see on the street
They relationship isn't based on possessing one another, but sharing in each others completeness. Each person is totally fine being single and doesn't depend on the other for happiness
Their goals and values are aligned, and there is sexual polarity. The man acts like a man should and the woman acts like the woman should
Same thing applies to gay relationships, and if it's 2 men/ 2 women, 1 needs to act feminine while the other takes on the masculine role. Won't work too well otherwise. Can't fight nature
In a nutshell. That is my answer

Never seen a healthy relationship where the man acts like a woman and the woman acts like a man. Both people are miserable unless they both have some fetish about it

What exactly do you define as acting like a man and/or woman?

Masculine and feminine is clearly defined by nature. If you don't understand It I can't really explain it to you.
