No you don't.
You truly don't.
Quebec City is what you want to see. Probably better looking than Ottawa, but my opinion is skewed.

It really is an amzing city.
But unfortunetly, the downside is that it's the most boring city n the country. Thank god that Quebec is a bridge away... Otherwise it would be the most boring city ever. Nothing to do...
Fairly certain Zappa was being sarcastic. At least, I hope he was.

I was actually just about to mention QC. Nice architecture.
Lots of history too.

I think Crystal is there. Not entirely sure but I think she is back visiting. Don't know how long she is staying.
I like Philly. My stepson is in school there. It is a cool town

The food and restaurant scene here is top notch but everyone comes here on some kind of greasy food pilgrimage and falls for the most gimmicky totally staged rivalry shit employees there are such wannabe soup nazi try hards and it's extra lame because their cheesesteaks aren't even that great. The only time I'd even think of recommending going there is if you're stumbling through south philly at 4am drunk and with a hankering for grease and cheese whiz. Like, goddamn people, at least go to Jim's if you're that excited about getting a cheesesteak. We've got the most public art in the country and some of the worlds finest museums and everyone just wants to run up some goddamn steps.
Whenever I say where I'm from people either :
-cheesesteak me. - start rapping the fresh prince theme song(moreso when I lived in west philly, but still applicable) -tell me the eagles suck when I confused them with the phillies for over a goddamn year before someone almost bitchslapped me when they found out. - insist on dissing the philth when they've never even spent time there. -wonder why in the world everyone here is a grump after completing the above step.

Oh I know. My stepson is in school there and when we visit there is no shortage of excellent restaurants. And they're a lot cheaper than NY. There is also this fabulous Italian Street market that is the best i have ever been to. Beats anything in NY.

You live in Philly? so In west Philadelphia born and raised On the playground was where you spent most of your days Chilling' out, maxing', relaxing' all cool And all shooti'g some b-ball outside of the school?
We should all just get some pats and genos while talking about how shitty the people are because they have horrible sports teams and live in a giant litter box.
I actually love philly, I used to love chinks for steaks but haven't been there in years now, probably since they've changed their "offensive" name, everyone I know loves genos, they used to be decent but since the owner passed they got pretty sloppy and OVERLY greasy.
Edit: and OP, you seem determined to prove you're a

Byward Market is more fun than Calgary. I am sure zaphods is still there? I liked O town/Hull nightlife. Montreal is more fun though.
