Hi everyone ill start off by saying this is onlu my second pf grow first time only one cake survied but produced nice fruits. This second time i used a lc i made with 1cc of spores. I knocked up 3jars as a test all three stalled at about 95% for about 4 weeks with no growth. I decided to birth as i have.more jars going. I birthed all three and gently washed off remaining brf mix ( smelled nice an mushroomy) i then moved on to dunking them.in seperat containers. After dunk all smelled weird kinda appley, i read around an some said the smell may go away. I placed all three in seperate poor man pods 2 continued to smell i tossed em one smelled nice an mushroomey so continued to friut. The cake is producing some nice friuts im just concerned with this bluesish colour i believe is bruising(can slmost see my fingerprint so think i may have been a bit rough) but want to be sure its nothing bacterial and friuts are ok to eat, ive read that premature pins in unclonized jars is likely bacterial.

That cake is very dry and the fruits need more fresh air.
The fruits are safe to eat.

You shouldn't really be fanning without misting as well.
Mist, then fan, to kick start evaporation.
Nothing beats a properly constructed fruiting chamber though, as far as maintaining the ideal fruiting conditions. It's possible to nurse a grow with less than ideal conditions through a watchful mist/fan schedule, but it's far from ideal, both to the grow and to your free time.

I understand an agree with everything u said i was misting every other fan. I thought since it was only a 2 ltr pop bottle everytime may be a bit much but will correct this. I have a properly contructed friuting chamber for mt 6 cakes consolidatin, just didnt want to friut a "questionable" cake it my sgfc. 7

Cool, understood about the chamber situation.
I suggest misting with every fan, especially considering how dry those are.
You'll get a feel for it soon enough.

Bacteria is never blue IME. That blue is called bruising, and is a response to stress(like damage or drying).
