Habitat: Pnw; Growing in grass & leaf debris under deciduous tree, edge of yard along road.
Gills: Dark, black or grey; close
Stem: 20-70mm tall, 4mm wide, white to cream colored, no immediate bruising; annulus not present... Fairly sturdy
Cap: 10-40mm diameter; copper when young, tan-beige with age; darkening slightly along margin; not wet or slimy; convex, with margins curling inward slightly
Spore print color: Dark; taking prints right now, will drop more details/pics in later
Bruising: No obvious immediate bruising
Other information: Looks a bit like the feral galindoi I encountered this summer, but these smell different (still mushrooms, just diff), these are paler in color, and so far I see no sign of blue. The galindoi didn't bruise immediately either, but it did show on the feet of the youngins, on aborts, then after a few hours drying, the rest would blue.

Thanks for the replies! Can you explain why you say panaeolus antilarum? What distinguishes these as such?

The largeness(overall size)of them compared to other Panaeolus species and the size of the stipe, which is always larger than active species. And then lack of bluing all kinda give it away.

That species grows from the dung of herbivores.
A Psathyrella species seems more likely.

Touché!
See, Midnightcity called me out and I was wrong.
I did read that it wasn't in dung, and I thought that was weird.
Good call!
