What does this mean?

Is this a symptom of high co2 levels? 2 days ago I harvested 15 lbs of normal looking oysters, and today they are all looking funky like this. I have continuous airflow, but I did add some more blocks yesterday. Still seems strange.

To me that looks possibly like too high temps. Though if they are from a different batch to the normal ones it may be bacterial/spawn related.

Our blue's did that all summer and the only thing that changed was the temp. Still tasted fine but were harder to store and sell since they were a lot more fragile. Very productive though, got a few 500g+ fruits!
